Superb service from Ifor Williams. Phoned up as I needed a plastic clip for my Ifor Williams hard top. Straight through to spares department, no waiting, man knew exactly which part I wanted to purchase, I was more than happy to pay for the clip but he offered to post one plus a spare free of charge as they are only small. Very good service and good products.

I called to ask for availability of a trailer , the phone was promptly answered and then put down. I am glad their calls are recorded for training purposes.I have spent my money elsewhere.

Whatever you do, don't do what I did and go to the production factories, the retail shop is in Corwen Town centre. The parts person was really good, got what I needed and he said that he would post out stickers, when in stock. I will go there again when required.

When ordering my new trailers in Jan 2021 I was told delivery would be April/may.It is now November 2021 and I have been told not to expect it until Feb/march 2022 at the earliest. They have also neglected to mention that there has been a 25% price increase since ordering and that another price review in December will see a further price increase.I have cancelled my orders and taken my custom elsewhere. This isn't the first time I've had problems with there customer service.My last plant trailer, when the springs wore through the mounting brackets in less than a year I had such a struggle to get them to do anything and the local dealer backup was hopeless.My current plant trailer has recently broken 3 springs in less than 3 months each time carrying a fraction of its rated weight, And each time leaving me stranded on the roadside.I'm afraid that ifor Williams is no longer the company that it used to be and there trailers are no longer manufactured to the same standard that they were renowned for.

Poor quality trailers. I've been recommended not to use the handbrake because it keeps sticking. Seems ridiculous on a new trailer. Why have a handbrake it you can't use it. The back door has also never been 100% and the internal partitions need to be wrestled into place. I would go elsewhere next time.

I got to say that people and williams' have helped me out so much I was so stressed trying to get a trailer that could carry the weight on the length of the car that was the boy or Rolls Royce Silver ShadowThey not only found me a trailer of a 17 ft in length they actually put a electric winch, on because the car was not running, thank you to Simon and the girls 8n the office, they went out of there way, to make sure I had every thing 8 needed to carry a 3 tone silver shadow1, will use them again for sure, thank you tom denbigh

Needed parts for one of the 4 Ifor williams trailers I have purchased. Contacted via phone and was asked to send the parts needed over email. Waited a week. No reply. Rang again for them to tell me they will be in touch. Yet again no reply. If you want parts and ever need to actually receive a quote or the part, contact your local dealership instead. Terrible service- good trailers
