Absolutely love the piece of bespoke artwork Laser Tech 22 did for me.Easy to deal with and a 1st class service.

Very, very poor quality. Nothing like any of the photos on their social media. The fire pit was pop riveted together and NOT interlinked like shown on their sites. It had no feet as advertised and instead was just plain 20mm box metal. The fire proof coating is a joke and was sprayed on in the rain by the car repair shop opposite their very rough and untidy unit. I collected the item which I had already paid for (not allowed to pay on collection), if I thought for 1 minute I could have got my money back I would have left it there. The grill top was missing and took 6 weeks to be sent out. Emma will not answer the phone to you if you have a problem and just sends text's when suits her. This was proven when I rang from different numbers and was answered. The grill top when arrived was shocking, the gaps in the steel all varies in size, there are “pits” and sharp edges all over it, it was obviously an off cut and I must have annoyed them by asking for the item that I had already paid for and was told it would be sent out the following week. PLEASE PLEASE do your research as I’m sure there are other reputable and professional companies out there who can cut steel to your specifications.

Been interested in a bench for quite sometime had this bespoke bench made excellent quality. I am very happy with what has been achieved. I'd recommend Laser Tech 22. Very good arrangement of products.

Sent a design over, had it laser cut and manufactured. Collected shortly afterwards, fantastic quality of manufacturing. Definitely will be using again. Great service.
