Very nice place friendly people

Got married in October 2021 and the two individuals that ran it rushed the service. One was particularly rude and even got my name wrong in the service. They told me I was late even though the website said don't arrive until 10 minutes before, they then made me and the groom have a casual chat with each other and do some paperwork then just had us standing in front of the 'alter' waiting for the guest to come in. They randomly played music and didn't clear it with us first. They got through the service which we weren't allowed to take photos in unless they said so and then chucked us out. They gave poor instructions and after saying I didn't want my bouquet one of them rushed down the aisle and grabbed it from my maid of honour and shoved it in my hands and we then had to 'walk down the aisle together'. My dad didn't get to walk me in or anything which was disappointing and everyone saw me coming in so there were absolutely no reactions because the groom and everyone had already seen me.Honestly, I hated my wedding it was really awkward, the best man and maid of honour weren't even allowed to stand with us for the ceremony. I didn't get any pictures and it was honestly really embarrassing. If it's cheap and really informal you're looking for, go ahead. The individual that ran the wedding was actually snobby to some of my guest in the lift of the carpark. Honestly it was terrible.

Beautiful wedding venue with very friendly and efficient staff

Had our wedding at the Great Kitchen. The two registrars in attendance (Janine and Lorraine) were amazing and the ceremony room is lovely. We were fortunate enough to have dry weather so we were able to make use of the gorgeous outside courtyard for photos. The little wedding guests loved the fountain! Would highly recommend this venue.

Could be decorated better it is drab it is suppose to be bright and beautiful for weddings
