COOLHANDS at FIT 24 is a fitness gem! The friendly staff adds a personal touch, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes every visit a delight.From motivating workouts to genuine smiles, the team goes above and beyond.The facilities are fantastic, the trainers are top-notch, all led by a great gym manager Jay, this place cannot be faulted, and the positive energy is contagious. A five-star experience all around! Fantastic gym!

Fantastic gym with some of the best machines and welcoming staff, everything about this gym is superb. The only downside is they removed the boxing ring however they replaced it with some excellent machines so no complaints here!

Fantastic gym with great atmosphere and wide range of equipment! Staff were really friendly and happy to help out. Location was also brilliant and very central. If I had to be picky then I’d say perhaps another cable machine would be beneficial and one or two of the machines are currently out of order, but overall would massively recommend! I will be back!

A brilliant gym that I've visited for a year now, sadly I've had to leave as I've moved away which sucks massively.The equipment here is state of the art and the staff are always engaging and happy to be there.The gym has good music, is clean and tidy and open 364 days a year 24 hrs.

Fantastic gym and Rich at reception always has a smiling and welcoming face. The gym has good percs, from bringing mates along to free coffee. The monthly price with free coffee probably works out cheaper than just the coffee without the gym at Starbucks over the month. And the gym tunes are banging!

Amazing gym, Small yet never too busy that you can't ever get on any equipment. Got absolutely everything you could wish for. Always clean, friendly staff. Takes you away from the outside world for a few hours whilst training

Been going to fit 24 for a few years now and I've had nothing but a good experience. The staff are all friendly and give out any advice if I need it. It has everything I need for my workouts would recommend anyone if they are wanting to join a gym.

This was my first ever gym, I stayed for a year and was amazed at how nice the staff were, how great the equipment is, and overall the atmosphere there is fantastic, incredibly cheap too which is always a welcomed bonus of any gym.Something I really loved about it was that they sell plenty of drinks and protein snacks which is always very nice after a draining workout, overall, a great gym if you're looking to start and change your life for the better, would totally recommend!
