Nicely looked after station , modern with newly installed ticket machine but does not accept cash , only card . It has a great pub next door the Bowyer Arms ,and a good view of Didcot Power station (what was ) through a high telephoto lens Lumix TZ90 digital compact camera . Pity trains stop only 1 hour in each direction outside of rush hour . Formerly the adjoining station to Abingdon via the Abingdon Branch line closed in 1970s . Abingdon resident Ivan P Cadge has a fantastic replica model railway layout of the Abingdon station rail line in its GWR heyday . On tour around our area at times .

Quiet station, biggest issue is that there is no where to buy tickets and parking here can be a bit expensive.

Very quiet, deserted even, although quite a lot of cargo traffic. One of the few ways to get into Abingdon, unfortunately. Try to avoid having to wait here in winter.

Nearest station to Oxfordshire's 3rd largest settlement of Abingdon so as such had the most services and biggest car park of the 3 stations between Didcot & Oxford. Still no step free access tho...

Amazing little station. Lots of parking. Walkway but no lifts if your on a wheelchair I guess your out of luck. Nice little pub right next door with big beer gardens and playground for the kids

This is a tidy train station, very quiet as you would expect.Access to platform 2 is across a foot bridge.There is no disabled access to platform 2 which is unacceptable in my opinion

Horrible place.. Travellers have to take their suitcase through a foot bridge omg. There is no staff here and I just feel puzzled.
