Amazing got my second piercing and the lady who did it for me was so nice and friendly and explain to me how to take care of my new piercing it was lovely and everyone there was super friendly.

got my tongue pierced here and it was done way too high, gave me the wrong aftercare advice face to face and i had to get it taken out by a piercer in a different place as it got infected within a day of it pierced. the lady also dropped the piercing twice

Excellent experience with Tempus. I just went in looking for a ring and ended up with a bespoke design. The process of designing was well guided and I was kept up to date with the process and saw the stones before being set and am over the moon with the final result. Frankie was wonderful throughout.

A lady called jo did my seconds, we didn’t get told the price until we had already paid and it was overall just an odd environment. We went up and when she pierced my ears, she did one ok but didn’t do the other one on the dot at all. It was half way up my ear far from where the other one was and she had to redo them she was also about to do my thirds without asking. Not a good experience and don’t recommend it there.

Haven't had my ears pierced, since I was a baby, so having another one was quite a big step for me. Lovely Jo treated my daughter and I like old friends, and it was all done and over before I could complete my sentence. In fact, I walked away with 2 extra piercings in each ear! Extremely professional, hygienic but most of all friendly. From the minute you walk in, every staff member is attentive, friendly and helpful.

Came in today to get my nose pierced when walking in to the shop you’re met with not only the most amazing smell of coffee but the friendliest staff. I was nervous but was out at ease by the lovely calming atmosphere. I’m so happy with the outcome can’t wait to book in for my next piercing.

Popped into Tempus last week for a last minute ring cleaning service (completely free!). Not only were my rings returned sparkling, the employee had also gone to the effort of fixing two of my broken rings. Very impressed with the customer service. Thank you!
