I can just recommend renting a motorhome here. Everything was perfectly organised and the communication with Mandy was really friendly and easy. She was so helpful so that me and my friend could have this amazing experience during our roadtrip through Scotland.

We had a very good experience with mcrent. Hired a two person ‘urban plus’ van for 10 days. Campervan was in great condition, appeared to be almost new. Had everything we needed in the kitchen (we ordered a dish set). Pick up and drop off was easy with a good introduction provided on how to operate the van. The van heating system was very efficient so we only needed to use it for short periods despite it being quite cold outside. The depot is a fair way out of Edinburgh so best to catch a taxi which is expensive but taking public transport involved dragging our luggage through a field from the nearest train station. All in all I would happily recommend mcrent to others.

Fantastic Scotland motorhome experience!!!We booked a motorhome a few months before but the model was unavailable and they immediately told us of a replacement for a bigger and better motorhome. We are so happy with the motorhome, it is a new 2022 model and the inside looks new and has an automatic drive as well!We were late on the arrival day due to a bad accident on the motorway which adding 2 hours to our trip and we arrive at 5:15 pm which is after the site closing hour, we called the staff early and the gentlemen at the front desk were so friendly and kind and let us know he will stay for an extra hour for us to check in. It is also important to mention we were able to park our car on site and did not need to worry to find parking spaces elsewhere.During our trip we noticed an error code on the heating dashboard, my partner communicated with the staff on whatsapp and they responded very quickly and gave us step by step solution which was super helpful!!!On the last days of our trip, we had a little accident in which we hit and cracked both the side wheel bumper and the side light. We were worried all our deposits may be gone as we have seen so many car rental companies take advantage to overcharge the customers, especially foreigners like us. When we returned, the same gentlemen greeted us and let us know not to worry as it did not seem like a big issue and we will have most of our deposit back, and we are so glad to know that! I must say they charged us reasonably for the parts + labour as I found all the parts online, and the cost matched!!!Beautiful Scotland and lovely McRent Edinburgh!!! we have experienced with both London and Edinburgh McRent, but have to say Edinburgh is better in all aspects! We'll be back in the future!

We rented a luxury family motorhome from McRent. I dealt with Mandy who was amazing from.start to finish. Mandy was extremely helpful, answerd all my questions and exceeded my expectations.The motorhome was a new model, was very spacious, comfortable beds, lots of storage. We were very pleased. The only downfall for us, was no TV in the motorhome.We are already planning our next trip, and will always rent via McRent Edinburgh.

We rented a motorhome for 12 days and absolutely loved it. Staff was very friendly and would answer all our questions (it was our first time going camping so there were a lot of them). Also, they offered support via WhatsApp during the trip in case there were any problems or other questions.The motorhome itself was nearly brand-new and in a spotless condition.The only downside is the location, which is quite far from the airport and only accessible via bus and a 15 Min walk.Apart from that, everything was perfect!

I can’t recommend this company enough. We hired their A72 6 berth for two weeks around the nc 500. At the most remote point in our journey around Durness we had a fault with the motor home. Mcrent went out of there way to help us fix it and while it caused some little disruption to our trip they more than compensated us for this. The staff are knowledgable, friendly and want you to enjoy your time in their vans. 5 out of 5 for me. Give them a shot.

Campervan was luxury. The nearly new campervan was spotlessly clean when we picked it up. Drove very well. Only issue we had was a faulty warning light but it didn't ruin our holiday. Only issue on picking the van up was we booked through a comparison site and they didn't tell us to take all the correct documents with us. We will rent again from here!! One star knocked off for the warning light.

Had absolutely no problem regarding the rental, the vehicule was clean, the contract was clear and we didn't have any trouble understanding how everything worked.The missing star is for the service that wasn't the greatest I have seen. Personnel with a permanent sad face on (don't think I've had one smile during the whole process). As if they were all sick of their job.

Would just like to thank mcrent Edinburgh for a fantastic service especially the young lady( sorry can't remember her name) who carried out our handover on 14th in a professional and friendly manner. We completed the Nc500 and spoke to others who had issues renting from other companies. Would highly recommend Mcrent to family and friends. Thanks again.

From start to finish this company has been exceptional. Staff are very friendly and helpful the motorhome l hired was imaculate. This was my first experience with a motorhome and can't wait to do it all again.Thanks to all.
