I placed an order on the 23/02 Tuesday for the cbd oil plus 2.99 for a first class recorded. I waited until Friday and then I decided to call the customer service. The landlind was wrong and I found a mobile number on website. I spoke with Phil and he apologised and said the order should arrive probably on the weekend or latest Monday. Today Monday no delivery arrived. Why I paid 2.99 for a first class recorded mail if I don't get one?6 days later I called again today Monday they asked if the delivery arrived? What's the reason to call your customer service if I have the order by now?I would just keep it.i told them than no delivery arrived and they blamed the Brexit and the royal mail. But they promised a refund in 2 or 3 days. But it did not happen.I wasted 38 pounds on thin air.No product and no refund was given.REFUND WAS NOT GIVEN SO FAR.. Phil said that he issued the refund on 01/03(see sms message)and today Wednesday 17/03 STILL NO REFUND IN MY ACCOUNT !!!!! PHIL CAN I HAVE MY BLOODY MONEY BACK?23 of February I placed order and today 17 of March I am still missing 38 pounds from my account.??I need my money back Phil. Today.Not happy at all with Real Cannabis club.They (may) have a good product but if they can't deliver on time whats the point?Also that day the 23rd I placed orders from 2 other similar cbd oil websites and I paid for a 5 to 7 days delivery and they delivered the next day. So it's not really Brexit and Royal mails fault. I received a product from China and it arrived in 6 days. And these guys in the UK and cannot deliver in 8 days. So think before you order/spent your money here.P.s check pictures to see how this company" is not able to communicate to customers with manner and respect.Phil has commented with a note on my tab that "the customer is mental". Really?? So whoever gives you 1 star review is mental? But you prefer better the 5 star fake reviews of your company probably from your friends and family? No one even describes which product they ordered. The reviews say great product fast delivery. Yes but which is the product you bought? Or describe? You can tell that customers didn't even bought the product. And 95 percent of people only gave ONE REVIEW IN GENERAL???? Underneath the name of a person commented is also the number of reviews left from that person in general. So check properly do your research before you trust your money.Also on my Google comment Phil Patterson replied back that nothing is true and I am unhinged????? In plain words I am a liar. And you say that in public???? Are you serious Phil aka Owner of Real Cannabis club?Also calling me a person of limited intelligence and sad?If you are a high intelligence person how come you cannot deliver one simple item ? Can you explain to me that? One item only!!! That was the order.You business is unable to deliver one simple item in dates stated with a first class recorded item. And its my fault?My fault was that I trusted your company. Never again. I did my mistakes trusting The Real Cannabis Club.Never again.I do not recommend this company at all. Because they do not respect the customer and they cannot deliver and the owner Phil is rude and ironic and the whole process of ordering and waiting product takes ages and its too much stress and also the product is expensive. Check other similar cbd website for cheaper items.Dealing with Real Cannabis club gave me stress and anxiety and I've been treated like [email protected] I could give ZERO stars I would do that.Do not trust this company. Plenty elsewhere with smaller bill to pay.Rude ironic unprofessional not able to communicate and not able to deliver products listed also the owner of business is a person that is lying just for fun. Denying the responsibility of his actions. Throwing blame to everyone else apart from himself.Avoid at all costs.."

Would highly recommend these products, have been using the drops a while now and definitely see an improvement in my sleep and my concentration levels. Had originally started it to see if it helped my knee and it has helped that plus feel better in general. Also the fast delivery is a great help
