Stephanie was brilliant, from start to finish. With my mum, whose partner had passed away, with my young daughter who visited the funeral home and with myself. She adjusted how she was with each of us ever so slightly and was very respectful and helpful.

Thank you to the team at Diamonds. After unexpectedly losing my Dad last month Diamonds helped to make an awful stressful time a little easier. They helped me and and my family by offering support and kindness.

We would like to thank Stephanie as she was so kind and gave us a lot of support and explained everything we needed to know, replied to all my telephone calls promptly and explained to me every step in detail which allayed any concerns we had. We cannot thank her enough. We would also like to thank Sally who directed the funeral on the day with great respect and kindness and guided us through which made it a lovely service for all our family and friends.

Victoria and Helen were outstanding in listening to our wishes and ensured everything ran smoothly. The whole team were just amazing.

We live in Carmarthen (with Mum )and on her recent demise we turned to Diamond and Son for help and guidance with the funeral arrangements .My wife Sue knew this company as they had arranged 6 previous family funeral’s .We initially dealt with Stephanie who is a warm and compassionate person, exactly what we needed. Stephanie arranged to transport Mum from the Funeral directors in Wales to Lymington and there took Mum into her care. We were guided through every step of the process in a loving and caring way. Absolutely excellent service from Diamond & Son Lymington. David did a smashing job . Caroline who drove my car was a lovely lady very friendly and kind . My sister Sharon is extremely grateful to the whole team for their help in arranging Mums funeral .Ian Milne .

Just to say a huge thank you to everyone at Diamond and Son for all your hard work throughout the process leading up to my Dad's funeral and for everything you did on the day itself.It all went really well, and you dealt with everything so respectfully, which we really appreciated. The photo section during the ceremony was so moving. Also, we thought that the service sheet was exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend you.

We were very impressed with Diamonds and Sons. Stephanie guided us through the funeral arrangements and was available to answer questions and queries. On the day, the service went smoothly and feedback was good, not only from those who were present, but also from friends and family viewing on line at the time and later. (It was great to be able to offer the webcast to those who couldn’t attend.) Our celebrant Helen had just the right tone and with Stephanie and her team we had the perfect level of formality on a difficult occasion.

From the moment that I walked in to Diamonds in mid January 2023 to ask them to be the Undertakers for my mother until today when I dropped her ashes off 'for safe keeping', we have received nothing other than a kind, efficient and caring service from the whole of the Team. Stephanie has been fantastic, as have all the staff. Nothing has been too much bother for anyone which is just what families need at a time such as this. Thank you so much.
