Used to regularly get our staff bacon baps from here and send our customers here as well, as the food and service was good. Not anymore. Disinterested staff, no butter offered for bacon baps, they no longer put sauces on baps (you have to do it - which is a pain when you buy large quantities), dry baps and overcooked, dry bacon. Will be going elsewhere.

Hey it's gone downhill recently. New folks not as friendly and welcoming while bread has changed to the worse and portion control been hit and the way they lay up Thier pork rolls, which is the sole reason I go. I'm disappointed, but hopefully it will improve?

Been to this place before and never had a problem and the food is good however, there is a older woman in there who is miserable and rude. Customers before me were waiting in the hut as it's raining and she made them aware their food was ready (no issue) except she then muttered in your own time" under her breath unfortunately for her I heard it. Disgraceful manners to people who pay you hard earned money. She needs to smile too."

Waste of time, rude staff... waited in the queue for 20 mins only to be told no pork, no sausage, no bacon although the menu was still displayed ... surely this could have been stated to all the people in the queue to avoid waiting?Manners of the staff were appalling too.... no welcome no smile no nothing... will not be visiting here again.

The larger lady that works there has a serious attitude problem. Based on this I will not visit again considering I paid £4.50 for an average at best sausage bap to be treated like dirt.That being said the younger girl who works there was very polite so this review is solely based on the one member of staff.
