I have never had such a positive experience with conveyancing than with Sue from Genesis Legal. She is highly organised, efficient, personable and just very good at what she is doing. She made the process of selling one house and buying another feel like a doddle. She was never too busy to answer questions, all queries were promptly dealt with and she put to shame all the other legal practitioners within the chain by always being on top of things.
