I can't thank enough Jim Price and Kutchenhaus, what a transformation!Jim was really patient with us, tried 4 different designs, gave us a few ideas and shared his experience but never forced anything upon us. In the end, I'm impressed with the quality of the build of all the kitchen cabinets and the ease of assembly.

If I could give Jay and the Bournemouth team six stars I would. Everything about the kitchen and the service has been first class. Ive purchased a few kitchens in my time and none of them can compare to the quality of this one. I wouldn’t consider buying a kitchen anywhere else. Thanks guys. We love our new kitchen X

An excellent experience with Sean and the team. We popped in for a quick look even though we already had a kitchen planned and priced elsewhere. He said that he would be able to be competitive and his cabinets were clearly a better quality and more varied. We gave him our wishlist and he got it all in, including things that other designers said could not be done. It was a little more but we got so much more kitchen for our money. More cabinets, better design and better quality. Great communication throughout the design process with little tweaks and changes right through to delivery. All of the units arrived together from Germany with no damage and none needing replacing. The kitchen fitters, who were from a separate company, commented on the quality of the kitchen and how easy it was to fit. Overall a really great experience.

We were impressed with Kutchenhaus Bournemouth from our very first exploratory visit. The team are great and created a new design for our kitchen and utility room, meeting all our needs, sticking to our budget. The quality of the finished product is great, both in terms of design and functionality. I have already recommended them to others. My one small criticism is that we had several parts missing, which had to be reordered from Germany meaning there was some delay on the final completion but our fitter (recommended by the Kutchenhaus team) was flexible in working around the delay.

We were very satisfied with our experience with Owen and Team at Bournemouth. Their post sales service has been excellent where they resolved any minor issue we had quickly and efficiently. The quality of the final kitchen is also very good and looks top end. We would highly recommend.

It is with great regret that I have to write this review. Kutchenhaus as a product is very good from what I can see, however, I cannot recommend the Bournemouth branch. Buyer beware! My experience has been very poor. Kitchen took months to be completed in spite of promises from Owen Jefferis that products could be ordered and delivered overnight - 8 weeks to be precise. They take all of your money prior to your kitchen being delivered and ensure that you have no leverage to get things completed as promised. He brags about the money they are making which is at their customers cost, no one objects to any business making a profit, but profiteering at any level is unacceptable.The design is floored, using a cupboard as an end unit and trapping a light sandwiched between (see photo) and no way of opening the cupboard properly. We also have an extractor hood which was recommended" by Owen

Absolutely love our new kitchen. The best quality kitchen we’ve ever had and the best service we’ve received. Jay and the team are brilliant from the initial planning right through the fitting process and after care. Thank you so much. We highly recommend Kutchenhaus.
