At first it was great staff member was loverly and if you have a car but you can't book in yet they allow you to put your numberplate in so you can explore whilst you wait. It's close to town.Unfortunately the room was terrible kettle was in a cupboard and you can't move it which I find a safety hassard there was mold on the bathroom ceiling and my shower was was blocked so I ended up showering with a bath on the floor. The bed is what you expect for the price. But unfortunately the room I was in the Internet was non-existent the TV was terrible no reception what so ever.Sorry but I won't be returning.

My partner and i .have just had 2 nights here and we are very happy. We had a spacious double room which also had a sofa bed. Usual tea/ coffee facilities, iron and hair dryer. Clean bathroom with an excellent shower. Breakfast was free... we collected it in a paperbag from reception each morning. We each had carton of juice an energy bar , an apple , a yoghurt and croissant/pain au chocolat. It's a 10 minute walk into town . Free parking at the hotel. For what we paid you can go wrong I'd deffo stay here again

For the price we had payed, I recommend Rooms Inn 100%. We only stayed for one day but we were impressed with the room sizes. It definitely can fit more than 2 people. The sofa in the room looks like in can be changed into a bed.The toilets and showers were very clean. Room was very clean and equipped with amenities such as a fan, hair dryer and more.Front staff greeted us with a friendly manner.Parking is free if you stay at the hotel.Quite close to the centre.Came with breakfast but its just a bag with juice, bakery and snacks.Overall, I recommend Rooms Inn for short and long stays :)

Stayed in the hotel for a concert at the utillia. The rooms really need some work doing to them, they’re very run down, particularly the bathroom. However the grab and go breakfast was okay, croissant, yoghurt, an apple and orange juice. The huge saving grace of this hotel was the wonderful receptionist! Protect her at all costs!

The Good:The bed was comfy, the room was a good size and the hotel is a short walk to the city centre.Free grab and go breakfast with a nice mix of items. The Bad:We booked as advertised on a booking website that there is electric charging in the car park. When we arrived we were told charging is only for hotel staff! The room wasn't the cleanest I've stayed in and it looked tired and old.

Road trip to Scotland I was a bit scared to book here the price was almost too cheap compared to the local market in Newcastle. The room was spacious! I set up a little yoga area for the morning is how big it is.. the shower was quirky. Coming from Australia I havnt had this water pressure knob then a temp knob but worked it out.. clean fresh room great bed and sleep. I know UK aren’t big on AC but this would make a perfect addition to the room I found when the breeze dropped of a little humid but the in room fan, next to the iron and ironing board.. once I set it up next to the in room quick tea and coffee area it was perfect.

Really good budget hotel, not too far from the town centre and the Utilita Arena, which is why we stayed.Parking is free and the owner gave my girlfriend a complimentary bottle of wine for booking directly, which was a nice touch. The rooms are fine, no breakfast available but the receptionist gave us a breakfast bag to take away (cereal bar, fruit juice, yoghurt and fruit) which again was a nice touch.Overall a good place to stay and would stay again.

Basic but ticks all the boxes, clean, comfortable bed, powerful shower and a good night's sleep. Staff on reception consistently friendly and helpful, they provide little breakfast packs in takeaway bags each morning which is a nice touch. Free parking outside, main railway station is about 15 min walk (up a hill mind). A bit out of the town but worth the savings over central hotels, there's a regular bus from just outside to and from the centre as well. Overall very pleased and will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are a bit dated and breakfast is somewhat poor. However, I will give them 4 stars, as the rooms were clean, location is quite central, it's cheap and unlike increasing number of hotels these days - they actually do have tea making facilities in the room. For a solo traveller this was just perfect.
