I have been in this shop pretty regular as it’s the only one local! But the staff are unfriendly unhelpful and constantly watching and talking to each other through ear pieces as if I am going to steal and it makes me feel uneasy. I feel I can’t read product information as I am being glared at I end up not purchasing get basic stuff and leave!! The till staff need training in customer service it doesn’t cost anything to smile!

Went to ask if they still do order and collect service and the lady on the front explain and even asked her colleagues ! She advised me to just get the staff from the shop ! And helped me with my choice of concealer and contour ! Very very helpful staff her name is Anika !

The employee was very rude they were interrupting again and again and when asked to not interrupt again and again he started behaving rudely and when asked for his name he started saying That’s not important.Later When I repeatedly asked he said his name is Kevin. When confronted that he was being rude he started defending himself saying I am not rude I have a right to question and what about the right of people to purchase in peace. I even raised the issue with the employee on the till and even she did nothing. Humbleness should be the first thing when you interact with a customer and it is so sad that brand like superdrug does not ensure that their employee are humble. Does not deserve even 1 star

Staff need more training on the Consumer Rights Act, they are unaware that when a product is defective you are entitled to a refund - even if it is earrings!Very ignorant and rude. I did get my refund in the end but they haven't got a clue what they're doing in that branch!

Great store but cannot get over the fact that they stupidly packaged TWO small items in one of the biggest boxes they can supply. Just creates waste and takes up too much space.

absolutely hate the Barkingside store. The staff are unprofessional and look at u like you’re going to steal at any given moment. At the till, a mixed guy was being weird and rude saying there’s a queue behind and we need to be fast as if that’s our problem. Call for more staff to the front instead of having them stare at us. Everytime I go I have a bad experience there and any Superdrug really. Wish i could swear cause those are the only words that could describe the people there lol

ignorant staff. did not let me in the shop as mistaken me for the student even though i provided them with id. let in the other customers that are over 18. treated me like a robber thinking im a student. why cant the shop just buy CCTV cameras?

Nicely presented shop. Friendly staff on hand to assist if you need help. Well stocked items on shelves. I was able to get the items I required in there.
