Not a pleasant experience shopping with LENLEYS Canterbury. Delivery was much slower than advised - be warned it may take much longer than they initially suggest verbally for delivery. I found out about the delay by having to chase LENLEYS and no apology given as they said it was the suppliers fault and they had no idea. Very poor communication. I wish I had bought online somewhere else, as I could have got the chair at the same price with much quicker delivery time, and with a much friendlier service. I do not recommend buying at LENLEYS Canterbury.

Fantastic service from Mark Williams a very professional Salesperson. Right from the start he was polite, friendly, extremely informative and it was a pleasure to receive such excellent service. On each occasion (which there were a few) nothing was too much trouble. I came away feeling happy that Mark made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Congratulations Mark, I shall be returning to Lenleys again for our next purchase.

I’m sure if you are shopping in the store it’s a great place to shop but if you buy online the service is positively prehistoric!Ordered a selection of picture frames over two weeks ago and delivery is still not due until next week.Seriously, if you are going to trade online give customers an efficient delivery service.Their courier said ‘we aren’t in the area until then’Lenleys please look at the great services provided by the Royal Mail, Evri or any number of great delivery companies but this is t even snail mail. With will be three weeks to get my order it is completely unacceptable.

Great selection of furniture in the Maidstone store.Sales assistant really helpful, giving us time to decide what we were interested in before asking if we needed any help.Then gave us all the information we required to go home with to make a decision and arrange for a cover sample to be posted to us.Have now purchased the furniture and are awaiting delivery in January

Only went in as we saw the Sale" signs! A vast range of furnishings available. The showroom goes back from the road for quite some distance. It was very quiet when we were there (on a Thursday morning)."

Changed quite a bit since we were last there. Don't know if it was good or not. Everything's very plain, no character. Flat shiny surfaces that will need a lot of dusting. Fabrics also very plain. There were only 2 lounge suites with patterned fabrics. Unless of course you like retro 60s, 70s styles. Not to my taste.
