An unexpected hidden gem !! I needed a small but very fiddly repair and was beginning to lose hope that I would find anywhere or anyone to help I was about to leave yet another place and noticed Retrofit next door. With nothing to lose I went in and explained my problem and immediately they said they could fix it, which they did, AND cleaned & polished it as well !! How lucky was that !! Brilliant service, I would give ten stars if I couldIf only more companies had this kind of attitude, Thanks again

Visited this company about a month ago for a quote to upgrade my VW T5 audio set up. Was asked to send a photo of my current system & I would get a quote with option etc. Still waiting for my quote.......

Brilliant brilliant brilliant. I've got a Nissan Elgrand Japanese import MPV and having taken it to two other repairers to install/fix a double DIN stereo and the first two blew up my head unit and completely failed to do anything. I live near retrofit and so popped in, had a chat with Kevin and he booked me in for a punt to see if they can find the problem.Meticulous, methodical, tidy, friendly (drinks and sandwiches offered) and super professional they diagnosed the issue, fixed it, fitted my new head unit and put the car back together perfectly.I am so glad I popped in. Plain speaking, and enjoyable to hang out with whilst doing the repair. I am one very happy ELgrand Owner now!Thanks guys.
