Absolute shambles, purchased a 50cc mini moto engine, was broken before I even used it and tried blaming it on something that nothing to do with said problem. Slow and responding to messages and really do not care as long as product is sold and gone.Would highly recommend using another business for your needs

Ordered from these crooks through Ebay, upon ordering I asked them to check the part fit the flywheel which I also ordered at the same time before sending. This was not done and the part didn't fit. I requested to send this back under the 30 day returns policy. Which they agreed, the item was returned roughly within 20 days from the date of order, they then took ages to respond to the issue, and now have closed the case stating that the return was outside of the 30 day deadline. Ebay are useless and wont get involved. Having no success when contacting the company to obtain the refund I thought it would be best to put this comment on here for all to see.

I ordered two items and only received one and they are not even going to be giving me a refund or a replacement

Bought a 100cc bike engine seized up solid within first 20 minutes of using it no refund customer service absolutely appauling wouldn't recommend buying anything from here!!Yes they have offered me a solution keep the broken engine and lose 60% of my money because you were only offering a 40% refund don't see how this is fair at all??

Spent my lunch hour driving there but the shop is permanently closed to visitors. Internet shopping only

they send me wrong size Trailer Innertube and really Rotten one, I have send them email +pic no answer even them dam phone number never answering. @@@@ poor I will report to paypal

They were a disgrace to work for previous people who have worked here I share your sympathy, I had a family member pass in my family and they wouldn't let me have the time off and the manager laura forced me in by saying if i didn't come in if face the consequences so I came in and she told me to get on with the work no care, health and safety or courtesy, the only person who works there I can consider as decent was kelly. Laura is evil disgraceful comoany don't work there

great product range displayed and plenty stock for my kids mini quad until you order and pay then they have no stock but take the payment and you have to contact them to ask for your money back. Pretty poor really.

I received a parcel addressed to me and advice note quoted my personal telephone number. I did not order any goods from this company so this is a massive breach of my personal security. How does someone I don’t know manage to order goods on my behalf!!!!!! Shocking.

I order a part paid next day delivery to a click and collect point suggested by eBay to hear excuses evri had difficulty accessing the address but it a shop open from 7 in the morning so how does that work ? A week later still no parcel evri saying they sending it back the guy on the phone jus giving generalized answers you was quick to take the money and now I'm getting is message our team on eBay to sort it out rubbish service I wouldn't use again if u read this don't bother using them
