Gorgeous desserts very friendly staff quick service and also love how quick the take home service is nice plush settings

I was very disappointed with my whole experience at this shop. It was reasonably busy so we expected a wait but my first red flag was being seated with no cutlery. After a few minutes we were delivered them but during the wait I noticed how grotty the shop had become since my previous visits. I found that the plaques where table numbers used to be were faded and the menus were tattered with the plastic film peeling off. The shop frequently had children wander in and out, filming for social media while we chose. We ordered our items but I discovered they no longer stamp rewards cards meaning all my previous purchases no longer mean anything. When my food arrived, it had been sitting on the sill for some time. (Other groups received their food at different times so there were clearly communication issues since they had to ask to see receipts and what we had ordered.) The food was delivered without cutlery and when we requested some I only received a fork for my waffle. My food was quite nice however my vegan friends food was inedible. Neither of us could stomach the sickly sweet flavour which she paid £6.95 for. It was disappointing considering the lack of choice for her needs.Overall, the price we paid wasn't worth the food and quality of service we received in the shop, especially disappointed with the rewards cars being cancelled.

After a number of false starts, Mere Green now has the Shopping Centre it deserves. A new M& S Food Store plus a range of Bars, Coffee Bars and Restaurants to suit all tastes, and most pockets. As I type, there are about five units left, including the large one on the corner - fingers crossed they'll all be taken up. It's now such a pleasure to visit, especially when the sun decides to sun, allowing everyone to enjoy the outside seating.

Great place for desserts, coffee, milkshakes. Modern with a touch of quality in the decor. Staff very friendly and happy to make recommendations from the menu.

If you like desserts then this is the place for you! Selling cakes, waffles, crepes, cookie doughs, ice cream sundaes and milkshakes. Many combination options available, something for everyone. Good quality ice cream used as well! Seating both downstairs and upstairs.

Does not accept American Express Card. I visit the shop because shop small from American Express card, I am very disappointed. In Shop Small, although the shop is listed in shop small, it does not accept American Express so there was not a discount of five pounds. I ordered the Sunny Special and it was heavy for my taste. It is not really worth the visit. I will not come here back again. It is listed that there is three scopes of vanilla ice cream, but there was only two and it is mostly wiped cream and brownies. I don’t like this shop as it didn’t accept American Express as advertised and my experience was really awful?!?

Newly opened dessert franchise. Nice and simple interior. Food is not bad, but not the one I would definitely wanna come back again. A little bit overpriced.

Went in on three separate occasion. First occasion was great! The guy waiters were great in terms of knowledge about taste cards and the desserts and customer service. However the last 2 times I have been it’s been the female staffs in (none of the nice male staffs). They definitely need some Hard training on customer service as no one was there to greet on the door all busy on their phones or talking to each other. They all looked miserable and look like they couldn’t be bothered to be there. I came in at 9:25pm and it closes at 10pm, they were not able to make any cookie dough or waffle or crepes as they turned all the machines off which I don’t see why they would if they don’t close for another half an hour. Told me to pick an ice cream as that’s all I can get, I picked a sundae and one of them turned around being like “why a sundae, that’s effort to make” I mean surely that’s their job! Went recently and told me I had to book to get in, the place was EMPTY! With no sign of anyone coming. Very embarrassing in front of family. Absolutely the worst experience. The manager needs to do something about these miserable girls and if they don’t wanna be there, tell them to go elsewhere. Would not recommend this dessert shop. Better off going to the one In grand central or to a different company.Also witness someone complain about their dessert and when that person left, one of the girl swore behind her back. Absolutely terrible. Tell them to grow up a little.

Visited the dessert shop on Sunday evening with my daughters after being recommended by friends, we were greeted with a lovely welcome from a young Asian girl at the counter who then got us quickly seated by a nice waiter. The desserts we ordered were amazing and the customer service was 100%. Although the staff were very busy attending to a party upstairs the Asian girl made sure we were happy with the food once things settled. Great staff and customer service, we shall definitely be returning.

I visited the little dessert shop store earlier on today with my family and had received the best customer service especially from the supervisor Ellie as, she was very polite and had explained the menu to us with no bother. The other two staff on shift brought our food over to us and had also been very considerate as they came over throughout the duration of us being at the store to ensure that everything was okay. The food was beautifully presented and I will definitely be returning to this store.
