My motability vehicle is terrific. That said, the purchase was lengthy and frustrating. Staff kept me well-informed about the status of my new car but, all-in-all, the whole process was pretty hassled. Over a year's delay before delivery was not great, but this truly wasn't Donnelly's fault.

Very good sales. Rep seemed to know a lot about cars, he took time and interest in explaining every detail.

Thanks to Volkswagen and the technician that came to work at campsie today solely to fixed my scirocco.I am delighted by the promptness and professionalism that was shown from Brenda Valley returning my query from the website and Finding me a time slot to get my scirocco fixed so quickly.Lesley Ann for also being on site at VW campsie late today so I could collect my vehicle.My Scirocco clutch completed by the technician that kindly made his way to work to pull out a front line care worker in the community.Fantastic team!! forever grateful ❤️ At this stressful time. Could not possibly have been more disappointed. 10 minutes after leaving the engine light on my vw mk7, that I went there to sort, came back on. They'd allegedly done a full inspection and sorted the issue. A couple of hours after that, the brake fluid light came on- the hose to it was leaking heavily! No brakes! They said the problems had not been there when they looked at it.

Great place to buy a car. Very friendly staff especially Alan who helped me decide on a car. Would recommend Donnellys to everyone

Bought a used car from here. Wouldn't recommend them. Car I bought has a fault well known to the particular model. A design & manufacturing fault that any decent car sales person should/ would know about. I as a buyer found the fault myself & will need to repair it. The car was obviously not inspected thoroughly nor was the history of that model researched. A quick Google search would show this model's fault. Also parcel rack was glued & fell off its strings & the passenger door seals had been taped on at the bottom. Partly I should have checked, but I expect people to do their jobs & not cut corners & mislead buyers. So it's a no to buying from Donnelly's of Eglinton. Chancers

Confusing collection of car lots with terrible signage
