Did a birthday bottomless brunch here - the food was better than expected but service was too slow in terms of ordering drinks and receiving cooked food which was already pre-ordered before arrival.

We arrived Saturday evening at 5.30pm, we had booked a bottomless brunch for my friends birthday. The place was chaos, people had chairs in the middle of isles so you almost had to climb over people to get past. I asked for water when the other girls were ordering their alcoholic drinks, twice. And it never arrived. A fight almost erupted between 2 women, the bathroom stalls were absolutely horrendous.They are obviously not regularly cleaned. Around the sinks were filthy, with wet dirty tissue and empty glasses everywhere.In the cubicle there was piles of wet and dirty tissues all over the floor surrounding the toilet, and the back of the door had blood all over it. I have taken photos.Some of the staff members were so nice, while others didn't have time for you.Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience unfortunately.

We had a christmas party there and they gave us a table outside. Then they left us 40 min without drinks. And 20 min before our time was off, they wanted to pay the bill.... and they forgot to serve us food. So we waited for food too. Then they gave us the bill and there was a compulsory service charge. I dont think that is even legal COMPULSORY SERVICE CHARGE.

Short measures!Great atmosphere, good sports coverage. But be very careful of who serves you! I asked for my pint to be topped up to the top and was told the measure was where it said PINT on the glass.Really? I don't think so!

The Dancing Jug (Bournemouth)
This was our first visit to The Dancing Jug. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had burgers and fish & chips and all enjoyed our meals. We also had 2 for 1 cocktails. We sat in the secret garden area which was relaxing and had outdoor heaters. Would come again.

Today 21.10.2023 we visited dancing jug, we had an amazing server Rhianon! She was incredible! So friendly and made our experience here a 10/10! As a group of 5 for brunch it could not have gone better thanks to her! Will absolutely come again!

Ordered a takeaway roast dinner. Knew I was rolling the dice as how do you keep a roast nice on the journey. Shouldn't have worried. Brilliantly packed tasty roast. Four thick slices of tender roast beef, fresh hand prepared veg and a rich gravy. Arrived in 30 mins. Ate every bit. Excellent value.
