Notes of Happiness

One-on-one coaching with Cressy has helped me take a step back in order to refocus. She has taught me to know myself better. She has helped me see my situation more objectively and this has helped me make decisions more authentically. It has been extremely helpful.She also co-ran a happiness workshop recently which I attended. I commend this workshop to anyone who feels that they don’t reflect often enough on what they want out of life
