Thank you so much to Sophie . I put the wrong delivery address on the order for Xmas and had a mad panic last minute and she managed to get the order out and it has been delivered to me in time ! Fantastic shop, great customer shopping experience and brilliant staff. Always go above and beyond! Ordered online and shopped in store and received excellent service. I've downloaded the app they offer for hassle free shopping, love the huge selection of brands they offer. Nothing else in the North East comes close.

First time buyer, People generally only rate when things go right, or leave negative feed back when things go wrong. I never received my order, unfortunately the item wasn't in stock after I'd checked out. What I did receive though was excellent customer service. I was notified the next day and re in burst within 4 working day. Although I didn't receive my goods, im not put off in anyway about using these guys again.

Made a purchase prior Brexit to Sweden. Unfortunately items were not leaving Britain before after new-year.I refused to pay excess custom fees, and parcel after 2 months in DPD care were returned to DesignerChildrenswear.Just received a full refund just 2 days after DesignerChildrenswear received the refund".Much above average customer service!!"

Bought my son sum hugo boss trainers thay fell apart after a very quickly wouldn't be suprise if thay are sell fakes as these top designer brands should last I email the company and no reply so the sevice is not very good to and going off trustpilot there seem to be alot off people having problems with shoes falling apart and clothes I would just avoid the place

Ordered my daughter a dress for her birthday which is today I received an email with my item out of stock I quickly responded and had my order amended which was still shipped for next working day delivery. Also better than the major designer stores for kids clothes Thank you so much, great customer service and one happy child thanks again for your outstanding service will recommend to family and friendsDon’t let the fake reviews put you off I was the same. Absolutely terrible service and attitude to customers. Bought kids shoes and those broke in a week. I did send photos straight away and was told i need to send those back and they will then send to the manufacturer for inspection which will take up to 4 week.It was prechristmas time and i let them know i am going away, so send those back in January. I had to chaice for the update several times and their reply was the shoes were misused and they cant accept the return.Absolutely awful service and clearly in breach with consumer rights. Stay away
