Amazing location, amazing staff and amazing storage facilities!Shaz and Declan are the friendliest and most helpful human beings ever.I had a moving company help me move my things of 4 years living all the way from leeds. Which is alot (at least 13 boxes and multiple bags and luggages). However I was unable to reach london within the time frame of which the mover is capable of staying there, as the mover has another client to go to. Shaz and the mover agreed that the best course of action is to fit all the boxes onto the extremely large trolley (fits well might i add) and put it close to the reception where it is watched over by both the reception and the numerous facial recognizing (extremely safe).When I got there Declan helped me out with the paper work and explained the whole workabouts extremely precisely, making sure the whole process went through smoothly without issue. He also helped me ensure that I've got a big enough storage unit with an extremely reasonable price to fit my large parcels.I really appreciate both of their help alot. And I honestly can't thank them enough.This storage unit is one of the best ones you can find in London and at an extremely great location as well. So do check them out. You can trust that your personal belongings are safe with them as the staff are all amazing at their work and the storage unit is extremely secure (lined with state of the art security.

First class service and in particular from Declan who made the who process so easy, everything was clearly explained and options discussed to ensure I got the right storage unit. Storage units are well laid out, clean and easy to use with ample parking. Declan also makes a great cup of tea while your waiting which was particularly welcome on this cold day !

We had to book a last minute storage situation, and were helped by Shaz who was absolutely amazing! We came in on Sunday, Shaz was really friendly and welcoming, talked us through everything, and made sure we had the right storage situation for us and went above and beyond to help us. Even made us a (much needed) cup of coffee. Thank you Shaz!!
