The best dental experience I have ever had! Kristina was clearly very knowledgeable, confident and thorough. She explained the procedure carefully and reassured me that we would take our time and that I could ask her to stop at any point, but there was no need. I actually nodded off whilst having root canal treatment! Don't be put off by the building, as it is in the midst of refurbishment. The examination room is pristine and all other staff - receptionist, hygenist and the first dentist I saw as an emergency - were all positive and friendly. Highly recommended.

I had dental implants and bridges. Dr Pedro is the best, I was very happy with the treatment plan he made for me, always polite, kind and very informative and patience. I finally have a great smile. Thank you

Dr Jan Watkins is the best dentist ever! She is always busy, yet always has time to fully explain what she's doing and why. She is very experienced and calm and actually makes sitting in the dentist chair a rather good experience. However, the front of house / admin side of the practice needs work.

I had been to The Smile Clinic before and had had a great experience, but my most recent visit was really poor. The hygienist was quite patronising to both me and the assistant, and the entire cleaning was really rough.The dentil suction device kept being shoved back into my mouth, which made me gag multiple times.The front desk people were lovely as always, so hopefully this was just a one-off!

The best dentist I've ever been to!I have a huge fear of dentists and hadn't been in years, but they put me at ease and really worked with me. Great service for NHS patients.Front desk staff was a bit abrupt, but dentist more than made up for it.

Visited this dentist, told me I needed 3 fillings. Have since visited two other dentists to get second opinions and both said there was no sign of decay and didn't need any.

Booked appointments 8 weeks ago for my children - in August was given a date in September. The day of the appointment I called and was told that the appointment had to be rescheduled to October. Have just received a call to say that appointment will now be in November. What an absolute joke - I understand things change but when the lady who called is arrogant, rude and absolutely terrible at her job couldn’t get rid of my quick enough nor explained the situation at all.Wouldn’t go back if you paid me.Nothing to smile about here!Go to one of the other local dentists that actually care about patients.

Dr. P. Arteche is an amazing dentist, professional, caring, always lets you know what needs doing and what can wait. He always explains the plan and allows you to choose. I have been going to various dentists for many many years and have never encountered a dentist who is so caring, professional as Dr Pedro. I have a major fear of dental work and he is the only dentist that has never given me pain whilst working on my teeth. I had root canals, crowns and implants all of which was done patiently and like an artist. I am always grateful for what Dr Pedro has done for me and have great respect for him. Thank you so much for all your hard work Pedro, I will always be your patient.Dr. Pedro’s assistants have also always been very caring, patient and kind, great team all in all.

On Tuesday this week I had the air-flow clean for the first time in this practice. I want to say a big, big thank you to the whole team: Maria, Jo and Adam for a nice welcome, as well as I want to recommend to come and visit Dr. Carlos for a hygiene therapy session. Or even just a consultation or an assessment. It's a very high quality treatment and a friendly caring environment. They will look after you here! :)
