I contacted them 8 days prior and booked my car for wheel repair, they took all my details and car registration but when I turned up, they had no knowledge of my attendance and basically wasted 8 days of my time, he didn’t even say sorry

I have mangled my alloys through the curb and this company has been a life saver ..my alloy came out better than when i bought it after the repair.. i droppe my car at the garage and gave me a spare wheel to use , picked up the next day. Excellent service!

Had my wheels done back in August, just before fitting them to my car for the first time I notice damage to the side of the rim on the back of each wheel (looked like cracking).I took the wheels back to be redone as I thought it was the powder coat which hadn’t set or not been prepped properly beforehand, the owner refused to take responsibility but instead tried to tell me first of all that my wheels were fake and completely cracked around the whole wheel. (On both of them I don’t think so and my wheels are not fake they have proper stamping). When I went to pick them up after him refusing to repowder coat them because he didn’t think it was their fault (even though after having my wheels for a few days he then admitted that he didn’t think they were cracked after all but refused to repowder coat them anyway after he thought they had previously been grinded by someone else. Never made this aware to me after originally picking them up though in the beginning) he told me there and then that he had no interest in trying to fix or redo my wheels which I thought was disgraceful. When he brought them out to me they had chipped and damaged the face of one of my wheels which resulted in me having to leave my wheels with them longer and growing more and more frustrated from lack of care and responsibility. They then took another 10 days to get one wheel redone for me after damaging them when I was told it would take a few days.Still not happy with the overall outcome so will not be returning for future work.

Shadow Chrome excellent however, i discovered my tyre pressure monitor sensors had been wrapped in brown paper and left loose in each wheel!!!!! Disgusted that they failed to tell me and only found out when i took my Chrysler 300c for 2 new tyres at Kwikfit.3 of the sensors were smashed as a result, meaning all had to be replaced at £150+ . If i had known at the outset, Kwikfit said they could have easily fitted them back properly. If you have TPMS then DON'T take your car here.

Very good service. Damaged a wheel in a pot hole / crater on Dartmoor and while it was safe and drivable decided to get that and my other wheels done (kerb damage and a bit of erosion). I was booked in given an exact quote and kept informed of progress and car was ready to be collected first thing the next day. They also changed a tyre that had been an advisory at MOT for less than I would have paid. Six year old BMW looks brand new again.

Rob & his team at Wheeltec recently refurbished a wheel for me on my VW Golf GTI, all staff members including Rob are very friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly they pay attention to detail. Highly Recommended!

Amazing results. Went above and beyond to help me. I felt very low about the damage on my car and they were super kind and understanding. I am very grateful. A little kindness goes a really long way :-)
