The best place for cryotherapy and injuries you can possibly go to. The chamber and the spot therapy has worked wonders for me when I have been injured and even when I weren’t injured and I used the chamber for recovery. The staff are the nicest and friendliest people and make you feel really comfortable and look after you!

Found this place on instagram a few weeks ago and its quickly become part of my fitness and wellbeing plan. The place is easy to locate, and I always find parking outside.The staff are super attentive and friendly. Sometimes I've even secured a booking with 30 mins notice! Clean, and super professional I feel I am in safe hands. Treatment itself is straight forward and has since, helped reduce my inflammation pain. Happy all round!

I have been a customer for years now and I have never been disappointed. The staff is amazing (Martin is my beauty angel) and they do all they can to accommodate any needs!! Machines are fabs and I live the results so I keep coming back ♥️

As a 60 year old guy who loves playing Squash, my friend recommended this place too me as I have a bad knee + I have tried everything from steroid injections + the new one ostenil with No joy but having 4 sessions in the Ice Chamber I can play again without Pain, All the Staff are so helpful & I would recommend it too anyone , for the future I will be doing the ice chamber twice a week to keep the knee pain away

Brought my daughter back from London for a treatment on her knee - she’s a dancer and has exams next week... she walked out being able to do knee extensions with no pain ... absolutely amazing . Highly recommend. Lovely friendly staff.
