We had a fantastic experience getting our little one measured for his first pair of shoes. Marina was very patient and thorough. She tried lots of different styles, and explained in detail how each type of shoe was suited to particular stages of his development. Thank you Marina.

I have been getting my shoes from Clarks for about 20 years. The staff have always been so helpful and never had to complain once.

Honestly, the nicest and friendliest staff I've ever been helped by. I left the store with exactly what I was looking for, but on top of that I left with a smile on my face as well.

Sometimes it is difficult to believe that some people are not racist.Got into the shop around 5:28, I was waiting at till and the staff at the till saw me waiting but left to pick up some shoes for other customer. Okay, that’s fine.she came back with 3 boxes and took them to other customer.Normal staff would then come to me and ask if everything is okay because the other customer didn’t need her help to put the shoes on.I waited until 5:40pm and she still didn’t come. So I turned around and saw her putting shoelaces on for one of the pair on the shelf…She saw me looking at her and finally came to me.So she didn’t ask if I need any help even though she knew that I waited for nearly 15 minutes because she was too busy tying the shoelaces for a shoe that’s on the shelf.If this is not racism then what it is!!!!

Top quality shoes....good value for money. I actually bought different shoes for myself, spouse and kids. I love the quality! The attendant was quite patient and helpful. You could also benefit from some great deals.
