I can't recommend Smoothflo Academy enough. Fantastic coaching and a team atmosphere that keeps you coming back for more. My 11 year old Son and I both train here and we have found it to be a big part of our week now, showing up to training learning new techniques and challenging ourselves to be better.Give it a go, you won't regret it

I dropped in for a session of brazilian jiu-jitsu at smoothflo in Scarborough, as a woman training martial arts it is so nice to find somewhere to train with such a friendly welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely recommend Smoothflo to everyone local and visiting the area, the coach was very professional and knowledgeable and I'll definitely be back.

I joined Smoothflo Academy post covid, mainly for the social aspect/health benefits & I found myself falling in love with the sport. I can't thank Sam and the team enough for the encouragement & support provided. The gym is a welcoming environment for all levels, I get along with everyone in the gym. You really do feel part of something great at Smoothflo. I had a 7 day free trial feeling a little nervous about whether I'd enjoy it or be able to practise Jiu-Jitsu, let's just say the rest is history and I'm still attending.Jiu Jitsu has improved my mental & physical health, helped me gain confidence & form strong bonds.A few points : clean gym, flexible timetable, caters to a wide array of ages.

Excellent gym, very friendly atmosphere and Sam is brilliant. Great coach, super welcoming. Can't recommend enough! If you're interested in learning a martial art for whatever reason, this is the place.

I recommend this place all the time. A great place to train BJJ, a friendly atmosphere with some good banter and Sam really is a really nice guy who will always help you if you're struggling with a technique or have any questions.

Exceptional Jiu Jitsu Class for Kids!I cannot say enough positive things about the Jiu Jitsu class my son has been attending.The instructors are not only highly skilled, but they also have a genuine passion for teaching and helping the kids grow.I have seen tremendous growth in my son's confidence, discipline, and physical abilities since he started attending this class at Smoothflo Academy.I highly recommend to any parent looking to enroll their child in a martial arts program.Thank you Sam for your dedication, expertise, passion and commitment for providing such an exceptional experience!

Great place. Was new to BJJ when joining but Sam and his team made me feel welcome (and quite frankly the community surrounding it became an important part of my life).Would reccomend joining no matter the experience as the team will support you right from the start.Great to have something like this in our seaside town

Smoothflo Academy is a great establishment , I can say with confidence that joining Smoothflo has changed me as a person for the better , not just with how good learning BJJ is , but everyone is supportive to each other , you always enjoy the atmosphere while training , and getting to bond with people of different ages is a great experience
