Great service from all the team at Vansdirect. From dealing with our initial enquiry all the way through to delivering the vans the service was exceptional

Awful customer service and not reliable. I have paid for a brand new Citroen Berlingo Van a week ago and it was meant to be delivered to me 4 days ago. On the supposed day of delivery I have a phone call to say that it is not going to be delivered. This is backed up in an email. I am then told, they cannot give me another date for delivery. I explained this is a very big hindrance and I need my vehicle. I have since had no phone calls, no emails, spoken to three different people, one said they would escalate to manager level and still no phone call. I am writing this in the hope somebody will take notice and actually call me back. Terrible customer service. I recently placed an order through a gentleman called Liam Nicholas and he has great customer service. He has now left and gone to a competition called Vanaways. I think this is where I will be going next for my vehicles as Vansdirect are a shockingly terrible company.

As a company we've worked with Vans Direct for 3 years, they've supplied our vehicles, provided great service, communication, aftercare, and all with a friendly person on the end of the phone, email, or in person. Highly recommend Vans Direct, and we hope to work with them ling into the future.

Our contact was a Gentleman called Dean Willie who has been fantastic through the complete service from start to finish. His customer service was so good the first time we used Vans Direct that instead of shopping around the next time, we contacted Dean straight away.We now have four Vans from Vans Direct.Smooth process, great customer service. But most importantly reliability, especially with updates and ETA's.I'm sure we'll be speaking again in the near future.

Vansdirect are a breath of fresh air when to deal with. They take the relevant information, deal with your order and keep you posted on any issues/delivery details of the vehicles you have ordered with them. This is the second time we have dealt with them and will not be the last. Outstanding from first call to vehicle delivery.

From first contact to delivery 20 days. Polite efficient quick to respond. Only criticism was that they went a little quiet between doc completion and delivery day. Dealer network delivery great but they did not contact day ahead but did an hour ahead. Hate not using my local garage but with state of supply you gotta do what you gotta do... thanks PeteC - sales and Emma &team for sales support.

I’ve just got my brand new van from vans direct and firstly massive thank you to Colin and his team, from start to finish a hassle free process I was after a top spec van which Colin got for me with a small window of waiting time (which can be expected) but kept in contact throughout updating me, then delivered to my door on the date I was told. Actually game with extras in terms of wheel trims then received unexpectedly a complementary pack with seat covers floor mats and other little bits which is a nice touch. 10/10 service and would definitely recommend and use again

My experience at Vansdirect was awful. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Not only was the customer service terrible but my vans were also delivered well past the date I was told I could have if I paid for them outright.Vansdirect refused to give me any kind of compensation for the lateness of the vans, even though they were the ones who lead me to believe I could have them for the dates I requested, and tried to shift the blame to the delivery company and manufacturer. Not only this but I was also told the wrong registration number for one of my vans leading to the insurance being set up incorrectly.Overall Vansdirect is an unreliable company in complete shambles DO NOT USE THEM.
