This is the first time I have used this company and I have to say the service I received was second to none.I was initially concerned as my watch is a rare collectible item.However any queries and questions I had, received a fast response and convinced me I was dealing with competent professionals.I was informed of what my request would cost and how long it would take.Not only was it extremely good value for money but my watch was completed faster than the quoted time, looked as new and posted to me immediately after they received payment.I would have no hesitation in using WRBP again and would recommend them to anyone looking for fast service at a very reasonable price with no hidden extras. Thank goodness I found this watch repairs I sent my wife's Rolex for service very reasonable price. The watch was back in 4days it keeps perfect time. So good I sent my Rolex for a service it came back in 5days it keeps perfect time Will definitely use them again. Thanks Michael

Found out about this gem of a watch repairer/watch service provider from reviews left online. They were all positive, which gave me confidence in using them for the first time. Alan Campbell was quick to give me a quote for the repair work, so I packaged my watch carefully and sent it next day recorded delivery. Alan confirmed receipt of my watch and the repair was carried out the next day. Very reasonably priced and unbelievably, the whole experience took only 3 days from me posting to getting the watch back on my wrist again. Certain to use again, high praise is due here.

After much searching for reliable and reasonably priced on line watch repairer that I could easily communicate with (I used What’s App) I chose By post Watch Repairs. My wife had broken the watch glass on her Ted Baker Time piece, local watch repair shops were unable to fix. After sending a price request and picture I received an immediate reply and £ price to fix. The watch was fixed by return of recorded post and is perfect.I would recommend this company without any hesitation.(Almost forgot some websites wanted to change the timing mechanism as well as watch face which was unnecessary)Very Happy Customer.
