Good selection, plenty to choose from. Prices can be negotiated. Some items are very good value but on some occasions you can find it cheaper elsewhere. Overall good value for money.If you decide to pick up your delivery be mindful rear car park is tiny, crammed and hard to negotiate especially on the way out especially if you are in van without parking sensors.

The worse experience ever at the Leicester store in the city centre! Avoid at all cost. Broken tiles delivered and they didn't want to know. The delivery man was swearing whilst he was throwing the tiles in place. When confronted, the owners son said just ignore him even though he saw the broken tiles he ignored it and asked me to take pictures and to contact his sister! Who was just as useless as him. They were passing the ownership to from one sibling to another as no one wanted to take ownership until i had to give up! Read all the reviews and make your own judgment but your better off going to a competitor who will deliver and deal with any mishaps straight away.Family run business but you can see the arguments between them as soon as you enter the shop. Our broken tiles were never refunded even though we had sent them proof but after reading the other reviews looks like it's not the first.

Excellent service and quality products! I walked into the store not knowing what I wanted, the friendly staff talked me patiently through the options and help me decide on product/colour based upon furniture I had preselected. Delivery was on time! Great service! Highly recommend!

Nice selection of tiles with an incredible range of sizes.Never saw tiles that are huge, not sure how you would lift them last alone stick them down.Friendly staff always ready to help.Even had a small parking area at the back.

Lazy git couldnt even bother to respond with prices

I was buying bathroom tiles from here.Couldn’t make my mind upThey were white with grey marble effects tiles.I was not quite keen.However was going for some othersWhen one of the sales guys tried putting me off buying them.And wanted me to buy these white with grey effects.He showed me 2 or three out of the top of box.Eventually talked me into buying them.My bathroom work was going on.I desperately needed the tiles.When ordered and tiles arrived, my worker started to put the tiles on the wall.He then after putting a few on, noticed that there are blank tiles with no marble effects on them. Some of them appeared totally white.We told this to the shop. They say it’s just a design. Bit in fact they were faulty tiles.That’s why I was being sweet talked to buy them as they probably wouldn’t sell.I was stuck with them. They said won’t take them back and so didn’t even do anything for me.Even though I only had about 4-5 tiles stuck already on the wall. But they refused to takeThem back. As I could have got them taken off.It’s not nice to get somebody to buy something by sweet talking them like thisEspecially when the product is faulty.After my review feedbackI contacted them to resolve issueBut I was spoken to very rudely and told me they can’t do anything and hung up on me

Top service from Shoaib and Naeem, absolute pleasure to meet these two. They recommended the best tiles to me and I'm super pleased with my final decision! Delivered on time with no issues at all. They also have adhesives, grout, spacers and profiles - everything in one place. Highly recommend these guys!
