Absolutely outstanding service

Decided to try and charge us to collect the house key two days before the job after he definitely did not mention that if it was within two days of the job then we would be charged. We booked him a month in advance, heard nothing from him until we contacted him to arrange collection, and then he wanted to charge us to collect the key two days before we went away (last time we booked him, he took the key on the day of the job no problem, no charge!) Nobody could be reasonably expected to give away their house key to a stranger a month in advance or any more than a couple of days. Our anniversary was almost completely ruined, we had to find another sitter with two days to go!

So nice and they look after your dog so well !! X
