Awful company, awful people. No consideration for the people who live around them reving cars and illegally burning trade waste. From what people say the powder coating is pretty poor as well.

Couldn't sort my Alloy out for me, welded it twice but it didn't work! They didn't charge me for the work though so I can't grumble about that but they never answer the phone!!

The experience I have had with ‘Magic Wheels’ has been appalling. I took my car here at their Milsbridge Huddersfield unit for all of my 4 Alloys for a refurb (Powder Cut). Shortly after it started to crack and show numerous lines on all 4, some were worse than others! As they offer lifetime warranty on their alloy refurbs. I approached the business owner Momin who is known as Mo. He was very quick to blame cheap car wash for the issue that occurred. The damage is behind the protective layer so you cannot feel the cracks. I have carried out thorough research and have also had confirmations from other companies. However, business owner Momin still refused to acknowledge that he was wrong, following this I was absolutely disgusted by the language and the attitude that I was given via text messages especially from the business owner. I tried to show them evidence that the fault was in fact a manufacture problem. This is when the atrocious and very unprofessional behaviour started, I felt very disrespected. I am aware that car wash can cause corroding, however, this was not what was happening. The damage that was NOT done by having the car washed, this has been confirmed by numerous companies and they have stated that this it’s a manufacture fault with whoever has done these alloys. As cheap car washes can cause corroding however, not anything behind the paints protective layer. I have been taking all my vehicles including family’s to my same car wash venue I have visited for 7 years !I then approached GO TINTS in Huddersfield also an alloy refurb company who managed to fix all 4 damaged alloys and again confirmed that it was ‘Magic Wheels’ (manufacture fault). I had to pay for them again even though I was qualified for lifetime warranty through MAGIC WHEELS! Thanks to ‘GO Tints’ who saved my car looking like it’s been sat in a salvaged car park lot and been scratched by some wolverine! On the other hand, Magic Wheels have now moved location from Unit 2 Springfield Mills, Royd St, Huddersfield HD3 4QY and now have relocated to their new unit in Lockwood - (Unit 8 &9) Queens Mill Industrial Estate, Queens Mill Rd, Huddersfield HD1 3RR ) . I would not recommend this company as I was not happy with their customer service, professionalism and rude behaviour which should not be tolerated under any circumstances.Please see attached images of my vehicle in their possession and screenshots of the filthy replies from business owner Momin (mo). Used Magic Wheels few times to get my alloys refurbished. Quality work, excellent service and reasonably priced. Very efficient service

OK, I'm not gonna lie it was very poor the prices were extremely high and I went to get my new winter tyres fitted and all they did was take off the tyres charge me for it then they made me drive my car round on the rims , Honestly very poor would only recommend to people with down syndrome.
