Customer service is non existent. They sent me the wrong items and then wont reply emails or calls. They are, however, very responsive when they want your money and will email you 3 times a day asking you to pay.

An absolutely abysmal experience and unprofessional doesn't even cover how bad it is. Constant problems with them from start to finish since my wife has tried to shop with them. They're claiming that items that have been payed for haven't been payed for and are constantly unavailable to contact. As for Autumn... I'm pretty sure she's only there because she's banging someone in charge otherwise she'd have been fired a long time ago anywhere else with that kind of work ethic.

No way to contact them. Dont reply to emails or answer the phone. Won some items from the auction last week and made payment on the same day now my account is suspended which doesnt make any sense. No idea if im even going to get my items now.

Excellent deals here great bargains most of the time Excellent potential for profit definitely give them a chance won't be disappointed.

Great items and great customer services. The Huddersfield branch is great, drove straight in and my items were there in less than 5 mins. Even asked if I needed help loading. All items in as described condition. 100% will use again. Gilly in customer services was lovely.

I bought a few items from both Accrington and Huddersfield. Huddersfiels send the items I have paid. Great! Accrington Branch, simply dont answer telephone, dont answer emails and my paid items are retained in there over 1 month now! If at least they reply to emails or answer the telephone they could check what was happening. I feel very frustrated... and have nearly £100 in products there. Afterwards sent package and some items have disaperead ...stolen inside warehouse and marked as sent. Only problems with this auction house. Dont use them if u can.

Most of the items I have had have been good but when things do go wrong which they occasionally do trying to contact customer services is virtually impossible. Since I finally managed to speak with someone a couple of weeks ago re non delivery of items I have heard nothing. I have tried over 120 times by phone to both branches and not had a reply, it’s either rang out or been hung up. I also sent an email via their contact form and haven’t received a reply from that either. I’m hoping for better things as I have outstanding items for delivery. Hoping for better things in the future. If they can sort out customer services then I could see this being 5 star. If not other auction houses are available and at least you can get to speak to their customer service. I don’t know how you would go on if you wanted an appraisal of an item.it won’t stop me using them as 99% of the items I have received have been good value but being of the older generation I like good service as well. Update. Please be careful if buying safety seats for car. I purchased one and it was damaged on receipt rendering it unusable. Goods that require screws or leads I can understand but to sell something as critical as a baby seat shouldn’t be allowed. Customer service on this one is a waste of time so please be wary.therefore rating dropped to 2 star

Don't answer the phone and mis-sold me a baby monitor. Or was bidding on a premium brand, I one the bid, and a completely different budget brand turned up that retails new at less than what I paid for it. An expensive mistake to trust this company.

Customer service is pretty much non existent when it comes missing items/orders.If you have any problems with items not being delivered you'll get a very generic response telling you they'll look into it, you'll never get a follow up saying they've actually looked into it though, unless you continually chase for a response.This isn't just based off one bad experience, this has happened multiple times now
