Malcom saved our bacon! He was amazing and we were at the point of giving up as we had very rare tyres and a very long way home (which we couldn’t get to as we had two dead tyres). Used Malcolm for the first time today......wished I was aware of him 30 years ago when he first set up this superb business! Telephoned him at 2.30pm, he was at my home within an hour. Two issues - a flat front tyre and two new tyres required for the rear. Flat tyre issue resolved after a thorough examination of tyre and alloy wheel - corrosion on wheel remedied quickly. In fact, Malcolm then proceeded to ensure all four alloys were 'de-corroded' and sealed properly. Also changed a faulty wheel nut. Two new Kormoran tyres £105 each fitted, after hearing his recommendations for mid-range replacements. Malcolm was here for 90 minutes, happy to chat and give advice at length on numerous tyre issues. Very knowledgeable about his trade, smashing bloke to deal with and thoroughly professional. Only wanted a nominal callout fee, despite a 15 mile round trip and all sorted within a few hours of contact. Will definitely not go anywhere else for future tyre issues. Lovely guy, came to me in 30 minutes as I was stuck on the side of the road in Bargoed with a flat tyre, he’s also checked all my tyres and sorted them out ready for MOT. Good prices, RAC approved. Would definitely recommend Malcolm.
