NYX Hotel London Holborn

Good hotel but in my opinion definitely not a 5 star hotel. The hotel has wearing which you see in alot of things, elevators etc. The Spa is nice, the pool and water temperature is good, the sauna and steam is for the size of the hotel, to small. All in all a good and easy stay in a good location. The glasshouse on top of the building is nice.

What a lovely hotel, a bit of a hidden gem i would say! Marvin on reception was more than helpful, very courteous and professional. Check in was a breeze, and we were informed of all services the hotel had to offer. The room was great, clean, and just what we needed. The pool, sauna, and steam room were a bonus, very impressed with the facilities, and hard to come by something like this in Central London. I would 100% recommend staying here! Thank you to Marvin and the rest of the NYX staff. You did a great job for our anniversary getaway!

I've stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions in 2023 and would recommend it. The staff are consistently friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient for the nearby theatres and restaurants in the evening and a stones throw from Oxford Street shopping during the day. The buffet breakfast features omelettes made to order in right front of you, as well as lovely fresh fruits and salads.

Trendy hotel with modern-art decor which makes it a distinctive and memorable place to stay. Great breakfast selection for either a hearty meal or light bite. Coffee could be improved. My room was very quiet and comfortable. Bathroom soaps and lotions are from The White Company (Noir scent), which is my absolute favourite!Friendly staff, would come again.

Rooms is good but it's not 5 stars, the bathroom metal stuffs are quite rusty, the color of shower floor starts to off, lack of amenities in bathroom for a 5 stars hotel. AC is bit to loud. That makes me cannot give the full 5 stars. However, we still enjoyed our stay there, cause everything else was wonderful. I'd come again :)Ps. Concierge and spa team were especially friendly

Great contemporary hotel with retro Arcade machines on free play and modern art everywhere. Great bar food and cool music with a rooftop bar giving views over the London skyline. What's not to like!

Loved our stay. Did the two king bed room and plenty of space.Breakfast was included and the breakfast was fantastic and had plenty of options.The biggest gripe was noise - sometimes outside noises from garbage or something would be loud at 12 am or 7:39 am. Our AC also made a loud click every 7 minutes when it would turn on and off. It was very annoying and I usually sleep very easily but I found it difficult here and we were on the 6th floor.Loved the sauna and pool. Staff was relatively cold most of the time and I definitely felt the level of service did not match a 4 star hotel.Location is superb. Very close to tube a few bus stops right outside.

Room was clean and well stocked. Bedwas super comfortable and great water pressure in the shower. Overall a fun and eclectic vibe to the hotel and rooms. Staff was the best part though. Very kind greetings upon arrival and Shanice really came through for us a couple times! Much appreciated and would definitely stay again!
