He did not wear a mask when I was receiving root canal, very unprofessional and unheigenic, also he has a lack of manners, I was disgusted, changed dentist immediately, he used to be good, gone down hill

I visited this dental practice for the first time and received a quality service.The assistant was very welcoming and helpful to me.The dentist is experienced and straight forward with the information, which I really value and appreciate as it makes my dental experience less stressful.I am very happy with my choice and I will stick to this dental practice.

I went here during lockdown because it was the only place that was taking bookings. It was the worst experience I had. All I needed was a fill in, but he took the back frame of my lower tooth off put a fill in without numbing the gum I was in pain, now I have a big gap between 2 tooths. He joint my upper 2 tooths together. While working on my tooth he put this blue thing on my tooth then put pressure with both of his hands, I had to stop him or he would have broken my lawer jaw. Dropped his tools on the floor, the tools he was using he put it on my chest over the tissues. The hygiene is very poor.

I have had a root canal work with Mr Yeap and I can truly say that he is an amazing dentist. He has the greatest discipline regarding to his own work I have ever seen from a doctor. He is a maximalist. He does not like giving vague answers, he is always straight forward and know what has to be done. I have great trust and respect towards him. People say that an NHS dentists are not as great as the private ones, but this gentleman is really somebody who is looking after you, take it very serious and have great knowledge and passion into his job. I can highly recommend him.

I have recently had root canal work done with Mr Yeap (June 2019) and have been extremely delighted with the treatment I have received.I have found Mr Yeap to be both extremely professional and meticulous as well as being very honest and personable in his approach in explaining the procedures and process. I have been made to feel very comfortable and relaxed during the treatments. I would recommend Mr Yeap highly and will be using this practice in future check-ups and dental care.

I have been attending this practice for over 30 years now and find the service flexible and dynamic without comprising quality.

Dr Yeap has looked after me and my teeth since I was born! I still travel almost a hour to have my teeth serviced by him. He is straight talking and no nonsense. Pulled out my wisdom tooth with 0 pain in under a minute. I can get nervous going to the dentist but Dr Yeap is so speedy and experienced it’s all over and done with quickly, with no pain whats so ever!! Could not recommend any more highly. Very nice dental nurse assistant as well very comforting.
