Contacted James late Thursday evening enquiring about getting 9 polos embroidered and collected by Monday. He replied that same evening confirming it was do-able and had a quote ready early the following morning. The price was very reasonable, especially as I had needed them so quickly. I asked for an alteration to the proof and they were very accommodating, it looked great! Paying the invoice was simple and collecting was very easy. Express Workwear will be the only company we use going forward.

I was looking for good uniform and was very excited to receive it but my order was delayed for 3 weeks and very disappointed with quality, also I ordered size S but it is definitely not small, it looks like size L.

Bad quality, sizes are incorrect ,awful customer service, and when you make a complain, it takes them over four weeks from investigation and at the end they come up with an excuses just not to refund you or change the sizes . Stay away a lot better company’s and quality out there .

James was the most helpful and kind gentleman made ordering very easy. Fast dispatch value for money and I highly recommend using their service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

We ordered 2 high vis vests that came out ok, also 2 hard hats and my 9 yo could have done a better job. I’m not sure a cheap sticker is classed as custom.

I'm a nurse and after I was given a Premier mask at a job I was covering, I was really impressed by the quality, the fact that it was 3-layer, cotton, washable and had a nose clip. I emailed Express to ask about printing costs so that I could use these masks to promote my training company. Within a day I had a mock-up emailed, I approved the design and a week after I took delivery. I could not be more pleased.The quality is superb and they wash really well. The printing is of a very high standard and the logo looks vibrant on the black cotton. James was easy to deal with and emailed regularly to keep me in touch with the progress of the order. He made the process very personal - like my business was important to him too and not just another faceless order. These values matter a great deal to me in a world where profit often comes before service. I have already referred two more small business to James as I am sure he will offer them the same attention to detail.Thanks to the whole team for providing such a high quality essential item. I will be making more orders.
