I initially went to see Sonia after suffering from a slipped disc. Her expertise and knowledge helped to accelerate my recovery time and I was pain free within a month. Sonia is a true professional with a deep knowledge of her subject matter and beyond. She understands that every client is unique and tailors her private sessions to the individual. I have seen the benefits that Pilates with Sonia has had on my everyday life and will continue with these sessions going forward. I highly recommend anyone over 40 to at least try her group sessions and experience the benefits of Pilates with this awesome instructor.

Sonia Noy Pilates
Sonia is an inspirational and motivational teacher. She manages to target all the bits that need working on and I don't know how I'd survive each lockdown without her on-line classes. Cannot recommend her highly enough!
