Craft Buddy

Lovely products service let’s them down badly. Have ordered from them several times and only once has the transaction gone smoothly. First order they forgot to .process then sent it to the wrong address. eventually sent it but wrong items. Next order had wrong items. Custom made picture was faulty. Stupidly ordered again from them through create and craft only for that to be a nightmare. Emails saying despatched when they hadn’t even got the goods in. Sent a tracking number with this one that was useless. Phoned given delivery date which craft buddy said was impossible. Another email saying goods had been despatched which apparently was sent in error. Then an email to say goods had been delivered to my property with a tracking number. As l had not received the goods used this number to find it is still with the courier. Absolute nightmare such a shame as good products. They do not like criticism of any sort. Mention any of this on their face book page and you get deleted.

I have become addicted to Crystal Art. Love it. Quick and reliable service from ordering to receiving never had to wait more than 3 days for delivery I'm well impressed with this Company. Thank you to all the staff.

Ordered some crystal art on Monday lunchtime. They were delivered Tuesday morning and it was free p&p. Brilliant service.

Mystery box from Craft Buddy.I purchased the platinum mystery box on Tuesday was delivered on Thursday and WOW Wow Wow, fantastic contents, lots of CB projects I really don't know where to start.Value for. Money most definitely, probably twice what I paid.One very satisfied customer.

I bought a custom made kit based on one of my photos. It is 50x50 cm and it has turned out beautifully. I am very pleased with it and it was excellent value for money. Well done Craft Buddy.
