As a family, we cannot praise highly enough the love, dedication, professionalism, kindness, & care that Heritage HealthCare Harrow have and continue to provide for our 93 Auntie who had been in hospital since May of this year (2020) after she had a nasty fall in her own home. We were recommended to call Becky Jones at Heritage HealthCare in Harrow and she has been out of this world. We seriously cannot put into words how truly wonderful she and her team has been. From the very start to now, where Becky has now provided us with a live-in carer as our Auntie is now unfortunately bedridden, nothing is ever too much trouble and our Auntie simply adores Becky as she’s shown such love and care and so genuine and absolutely brilliant at her job. We say a job but Becky and her team don’t treat this work as a job, they are genuinely passionate about the service they provide.We’ve never found ourselves in this situation before and to then have to find carers we could trust and after hearing stories elsewhere, we were so worried as you’re putting your loved ones in the safe hands of somebody else to ensure they have quality of life for however long they might have left or even for respite but we didn’t need to worry. We feel so blessed and so lucky to have been introduced to Heritage HealthCare in Harrow. They treat our Auntie who means the world to us with the upmost respect and at 93 years of age, she is very set in her ways and we’ve not seen her this happy in years. Becky is a gem and my Auntie simply has made a friend for life and loves her as if she has gained another member of the family which as a family, makes us feel so reassured.The carers in place provided by Becky are amazing. Our Auntie from being VERY underweight in hospital and left in a very neglected state now as a new energy! It’s honestly a miracle but it’s because of Heritage HealthCare in Harrow that our Auntie is going from strength to strength.We have to leave this long review because they deserve the praise and also if anyone is having any doubts about private care for their loved ones, from the bottom of our hearts, read our review as we cannot stress enough how honest they are all are and how kind, loving and caring they all are.My Auntie is cleaned all the time, her bed sheets changed often, her house is spotless, washing and ironing done, & most importantly she looks wonderful and she’s finally putting the weight on that she lost and she is smiling again. Before we were introduced to Becky and her team, we never thought our Auntie would ever be herself again but they’ve honestly saved her life.We’ve got to know the team since we met just after May 2020 and their professionalism and care is second to none.We know our Auntie is in safe hands. With the worry of Covid -19, we were obviously concerned but yet again, all carers have to be tested and are SO careful with hygiene and the rules of Covid-19. Nobody else comes into the house apart from the carers, district nurses and us as a family.If you are ever in the situation where you need to find private carers, we would HIGHLY recommend HERITAGE HEALTHCARE in HARROW. You will NEVER regret using them and you will feel the same as we do.They don’t just support the person needing the care, but they support us as family members too which is wonderful. They go up above and beyond their duty but again they’ll say it’s not their duty, they want too and that’s what makes this company stand out from the rest. Thank you Becky Jones and all your fabulous team. We don’t know what we would do without you in our lives. You’ve “rescued” our Auntie who is so special to us and for that, we will ALWAYS be grateful for making her comfortable when she’s been in pain, happy again when she’s felt sad, and stronger when she was SO desperately weak. You are all angels and we hope this review, reassures others, that there is no better care in Harrow than yourselves. Love the Fresco Family.

Went above and beyond for my Mother in law. They are truly amazing carers.. Very kind, genuine and compassionate. The carers always do more than what is expected and you can see that they really enjoy what they do. We are really lucky to have found Heritage Healthcare Harrow and want to thank each and every one of you for everything you have done so far xxx

Heritage Healthcare's staff have been excellent. They have been caring for my grandma since last year and the care staff are always kind, compassionate, and respectful. The office staff are also always polite and helpful. I would highly recommend them.
