There’s always a warm welcome from the ladies at Reception. Dr Simpkin is brilliant and always makes me feel at ease and comfortable, explains everything thoroughly and provides any further information if I ask for it. She’s always offered the best advice and offered payment plans that suited me when I wanted further dental cosmetic work done. There is always a calm atmosphere at this clinic. The communication is also excellent, whenever I’ve needed to call to rearrange an appointment due to work commitments they’ve always done their best to accommodate me. Receiving email reminders for appointments and even follow up phone calls to confirm locations and dates and times if needs be has been so helpful. Despite visiting the dentist being a scary chore to some, I’ve definitely come to enjoy my visits to Laffan Dental Care everyone really does go above and beyond to provide and excellent service and I would highly recommend this practice to everyone.

I have visited this dental practice multiple times. Always an absolute pleasure dealing with all members of staff. Adam Puddle is always very informative, polite and extremely professional in his manner. I have rated Laffan Dental practice 5 stars, which is well deserved. I've been going to Laffan Dental for over a year, where I have had Invisalign and some composite bonding. Guy's approach is always really friendly and personable and the staff are always friendly, doing their best to accommodate you with suitable treatment times. They allowed me to book all of my Invisalign appointments in advance, to fit around work and other commitments so I could easily plan ahead. The treatment took a little bit longer than originally planned but Guy shows great attention to detail and wants to make sure that everything is perfect, and I found this really reassuring and gave me full confidence in him and his team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laffan, to the point my sister is now having Invisalign with them as well!

A very friendly woman on reception was able to get me a same day appointment after I’ve broken one of my teeth.No fuss temporary filling for very reasonable money. Appointment for final filling only a few weeks after.I’ve always been very happy with the service and treatments I’ve received over the years. I would definitely highly recommend them.

Excellent dentist. I have had problems with my teeth over the last year and Guy my dentist has not been at the practice when I have needed him with my broken teeth. But I have seen Poppy and Lucy who have both extracted a tooth and I can't thank them enough. Both are professional and caring and I think the practice are lucky to have them both. I must also give praise to the receptionists, who are always polite and very helpful.
