Really friendly and helpful staff who don't need to be asked. The staff are always cheerful and polite.The wonderful service is something there is so little of, nowadays. I use my bike frequently and always receive assistance through the gate. Great way to start and finish your journey

The station is expected to be given some improvement in the future with a new ticket office, DDA footbridge and ticket barriers now that MTR Crossrail have taken over. It should help the rather grim appearance the station has, even after electrification. Other than that? It's sub par at best. At least you get shelter and seating.

On Saturday and Sunday it is not possible to buy a ticket before 8am. The machine that is outside is always lock and ticket office open after 8am.

Langley station is a small railway station, suburbs of London. I had been there in January, 2020 to my nephew place. It has very limited car parking space, but comparatively well maintained. There is much rush of commuters during office hours.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME FIND ALTERNATIVE SERVICE Called a cab 30mins in advance because of an important appointment. Got a text confirmation for 7:15am I called back at 7:20am to be told its been cancelled. No text. No call. This company could have people relying on their word and confirmation text lose their jobs or missing crucial appointments as happened with me. Definitely use uber or 711 for better service 711 turned up within 5mins . Customer service is so poor if I could leave zero stars I definitely would do.

A bit far from the city but you will get everything here. A few minutes journey to slough by taking bus no 3 and can go to Uxbridge in the same bus but opposite way. Convenient for public transport to all places. It is a peaceful place and good for kids.

Apart from a few delays I have never really had an issue. Lots of steps to contend if you are walking up from the lower pavement.
