Honestly, be super wary of this place. The lady, Danielle, was very sweet but it wasn't a professional facial at all.I'd booked a 60 minute facial which lasted about 40 minutes, with only 20 of those actually hands on. I wasn't asked for any input on my skin or about products to be used. She tried to extract a mila from my face leaving it really swollen and my face has been left feeling very scratched up and raw.It's also worth mentioning that the salon is anything but a calming environment. It was extremely noisy, with the TV blaring from upstairs, machines beeping and, at one point, the facialists phone started ringing.Now off to wash my face and put a cold compress on.

Poorly done manicure, won’t clean after filing the nails. No attention to detail. Finished hydra facial in 15 mins! Doesn’t care about customer complaining about poor quality of the service and had very rude attitude towards the customer. I don’t recommend this place for any services.

Small place in Acton, a bit hard to find at first. I bought a Groupon for 3 microdermabrasion treatments, and each time, my treatment length got shorter and shorter. For one of my appointments, I was late because of bus delays, but I rang her to let her know in advance. Instead of trying to ease my worries, she told me I'd lose my appointment time and made no effort in trying to rebook me, and then hung up on me! That got me so stressed that I ran to the place instead so I wouldn't lose my appointment. I was having an asthma attack by the time I got to the place! Not relaxing at all! She also lied to me when, at the end of my last treatment, said she would debrief with me afterwards but went to deal with another client instead. The other lady who worked there told me that she would give me a ring to follow up, but no phone call to date.Treatments were affordable, but there is a reason why. Be Careful.

Got a cancellation from treatwell but no cancellation notification or explanation from the service itself. Tried to contact them to ask why my appointment was cancelled and why they didn't contact me direct, got no reply at all. Wanted to reschedule but service is unavailable.

I bought a voucher from Groupon for a few sessions last year. I got my appointments rescheduled several times because once the machine for laser hair removal was out of service, and then because there was not the person doing treatment for male customers.

Mystery of beauty was a great experience, my appointment was on time and the staff were nice. I am very pleased with my hydro facial and would recommend. Great value for money!
