Purchased my first Audi from here and have to say Darren was really helpful and put me at ease , no pushy sales just gave me the info and left me to decide. The car has been all good so far so good! The only critique I could give was the bumper had some damage that I didn’t initially see and wasn’t mentioned that I later found so this car had a slight knock at some point but nothing to major. I would recommend purchasing a car from this dealer.

Excellent service, no pressure sales, extremely helpful, lots of cars to choose from at very competitive prices. A very pleasant buying experience. Delighted that they are delivering this to us next week to save us travelling down in two cars from Boston and Lincoln to collect. A Brilliant local business and what a helpful guy. He's goes those extra miles to make sure you are completely happy, gives you plenty of time and space to look and ponder without following you around like the hard sales men often do with the big multi national firms. firstly a big thank you to Darren. picked up my new car from Darren last Friday and can I say the treatment from start to finish was first class. I've had dealings with car dealers before and felt hurried and pushed into a purchase with false lies and promises. with Darren there was nothing like that he was patient and honest right from the word go. I felt comfortable straight away and ended up coming away with a really good car and got offered a bit more for my trade in car then he first offered. I noticed a little fault a few days later and rang up and explained it to them and got it booked in for a few days later . fault fixed within 30 mins and away again nothing to much trouble. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new car top class service top class guys and no hard sell or being treated like another mug to sell a car to. when it comes to getting my son a new car I will be returning. thanks again for making my experience easy and straightforward cheers Chris parfitt

Andrew and Darren were most helpful in the purchase of a Skoda Rapid they were selling. Delt with Andrew on the initial purchase he was helpful and understanding. He let me take a good look at the vehicle 1st and answered all my questions without applying pressure on me to buy. He had a service and timing belt carried out for me as they were due with no hesitation. I collected the car 5 days later fully valeted and ready to go from Darren. Darren angain was very easy to talk to and helpfull. After About 10 days of purchase I had a small issue with a button on the steering wheel.I spoke to Darren and was still in my 30 day warranty. He organized and replacement part and the problem was fixed within a week without hesitation. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car!Thanks Guys!!!

Absolutely great service,very polite and helpful. Bought a car of them few months ago and had little issues with engine being very noisy so I phoned them up and without hesitation they took car back and fixed the issue and also provided hire car. Just wishing you guys all the best in your future.

Just purchased a VW Tiguan from Darren at this firm. Very friendly and approachable. No pressure selling. We agreed terms in a sensible way and he got the car re-polished, at my request, before I picked it up, unlike many dealers who promise and don't deliver! Based on this experience, I would use them again if they had the right car for me.

Excellent experience buying a car from Darren and Andrew. Darren was friendly and really helpful when I first looked at the car; I didn't feel pressured into making a decision and he was more than happy to answer any of the questions I had, without making me feel stupid. When driving my newly bought car home the following week, I noticed something wasn't quite right and phoned the garage. Andrew drove round that same evening to take a look and then returned the next working day with the part required and fixed it there and then. Overall I was very impressed with the standard of service and the car and will be recommending you to anyone who's looking to buy a used car.
