While the properties are very good the agent management is horrible. Whenever I called the office to enquire I got conflicting information, agent abruptly ending the call or simply saying i dunno. you need to email" for almost every question. They are not even sure if council tax is included in the rent or not

Horrible agency, provided an unclean accomodation, with no blinds and broken shower to my friend when they moved in new and didn’t bother to communicate again or sort it out!! Please be aware that this agency doesn’t communicate or address maintenance problems at all.

The letting Manager, Joel Robinson, is very professional, diligent and efficient in dealing with our building's management. Overall, I'm happy with the Management service offered by Greenco at Moorfields Building, except the fact that there's no receptionist at the Concierge.

Joel kept us informed of our application the whole way through and although it didn’t go ahead as planned, I would like to thank Joel for providing us with excellent customer service, he answered any questions we had in a timely manner, remained professional throughout and kept us updated through emails which is so much better then telephone when we are so busy!
