Recently bought a car from Nawaz and the team at Alpine car sales…very pleased with the car, it had a couple of small issues to start with but they go above and beyond to look after you once you buy the car…not like other garages I’ve used in the past. KEEP AWAY!!! Brought a nissan qashqai about month ago I was told I could not take it home that day as they was changing the injector as it was fault then they would bring it to my home Deliverd I paid deposit and waited few days I had to contact them as they never called me or anything finally I got the car first few days I noticed it would struggle to start and the heaters would not work I called and message NAWAZ THE OWNER SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO ANSWER then the engine management light came on I had it diagnosed and came back with 2 injector faults and many more problems called NAWAZ THE OWNER OF THE GARAGE AND HE IGNORED EVERYTHING SENT HIM WATTS APP PHOTOS OF THE CODES AND WAS BLOCKED please keep away from this garage they are Robbin CROOKS

This Company have no affiliation with any Legal Motor Body, therefore, they are not answerable to anyone. BEWAREThey are dishonest & cannot be trusted with your deposit!We paid a £200 'refundable' deposit against a Volvo XC60 which we were promised would be fully serviced with a 12 month MOT. The car would be delivered FOC as it will be included in the price. The car arrived with a driver who sat with me whilst I took it for a 5 minute test drive!! that was enough...the car did not respond when I put my foot down, it was not changing gears as it should and it was therefore not acceptable and dangerous. The driver took it back to Shakeel. Shakeel has mad no attempt to get back to us, I have made numerous attempts. We called him from our Sons phone, surprise surprise, he picked up.Told us he will not refund unless he can sell the car!That is not the condition of the REFUNDABLE Deposit.He will not pay the money, so I am afraid for the sake of £200 his reputation and those who he works with, has been hit badly.I am now dealing with Trading Standards who have been very helpful and agree, his actions are not acceptable. We are taking Legal advice.

Whilst overall the vehicle is good, the company did promise to valet the car and replace the rear parcel shelf prior to delivery, neither was done.Whilst I do not mind the car not being professionally cleaned, I did contact them regarding the parcel shelf and was advised they forgot and would sort this. I had to chase a week later and was told it was at the office and would be brought to me. Since then, they have ignored my messages.This thoroughly taints the service and as such, I would not recommend them. If they lie about this, what else are they lying about?

I purchased a Car and they had a lot on the forecourt. The Car to their credit was ready for collection when i arrived.i had phoned and Texted about some issues. some dealt with Quickly. one resulted in a Video call just to showthough i heard nothing afterwards.the Alternator was clearly faulty which resulted in a flat battery and new Alternator. now i did message but NO reply sadly .it appears from reading reviews its out of character but as a customer spending £5000 on a Car you would expect a Switch to work ? or at least be offered to address it.and certainly the Alternator would not be Out of commison in 2 000 Milesi wouldnt say Avoid as they appear geniune and have no doubt they are. but they could react to Custmersshame but thats the reason of 3 Stars
