Excellent service from Beeston Heating. We had a new boiler provided and installed and a gas fire (which we provided) installed. Dan was very professional and explained everything really clearly. He got a radiator working that three previous heating engineers had told us wasn’t possible. We highly recommend this company and wish we’d used them before.

Beeston Heating are a local family run business and I found Dan from Beeston Heating to be extremely professional and courteous. Dan attended on time and serviced 3x Worcester Bosch boilers for me. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain a number of faults with one of the boilers and very quickly took care of these. I had the need to call Dan for a fault with a separate boiler and Dan arrived within 15x minutes of the call and the boiler was repaired promptly. He certainly knows his trade.It can be difficult finding trustworthy and reliable tradespeople, but I would not hesitate at all in recommending Beeston Heating.

Recently Dan from Beeston Heating replaced my combi boiler after the old one had reached the end of its lifespan. I went to Dan because he had previously fixed my boiler after it had been flooded from a leak in the bathroom above - during that repair he was very quick to respond, maintained good lines of communication, and I was reassured by his friendly and professional demeanour. He provided the same great level of service during the recent boiler replacement. I would have no concerns about recommending Dan to others and have done so.

Cannot recommend Beeston Heating Ltd highly enough. Quite literally a life-saver, during a routine boiler service (first time using Beeston Heating) Dan discovered that a flue joint in the roof space had come apart and was pumping carbon monoxide into our roof space. We were incredibly lucky that this was caught when it was. Will definitely be using them again.

After experiencing issues with radiators not heating up properly, as well as for a service that was due this month, Dan made time to come round just 2 hours after my call. He fixed our radiator issues and serviced the boiler thoroughly and efficiently. His prices are competitive and his service is faultless. I would definitely get any future work carried out by Beeston Heating and would recommend them to anyone.

Dan at Beeston Heating recently installed a new Worcester boiler in our flat. He was extremely quick, professional and thorough. He even took the time to show us how to programme the thermostat. Would definitely recommend for a high quality boiler installation.

Having struggled during the 1st pandemic lockdown to find someone to look at our broken boiler, we tried Beeston Heating.Dan came out the same day looked at the problems, which we knew were severe and had already spent a few hundred pounds a few weeks earlier before lockdown with someone else but had failed to solve the problem.Dan gave us a seriously good quote for a new boiler, basically more or less a direct replacement for our Worcester Combi, but with a larger HWS flow and better control panel and fitted it the next week and within a day. Dan was friendly, professional and explained everything. We have used Beeston heating since having the new boiler to service and maintain and a really good competitive price to do so.On top of this, Dan serviced our boiler this again year and very soon afterwards, today in fact, I was working from home, fortunately as it happens, and went downstairs around lunchtime to be hit with a completely flooded kitchen and utility room. Upon investigating and removing shelves and items from low level cupboards I noticed it was the drain off tap above the mains cold water stopcock, which is very difficult to get to as it is right in the corner behind the units. I turned the mains off using the water authority stopcock in the pavement and rang Dan in a blind panic. Although Plumbing is not really Dan's trade as such, being a heating engineer, he was at my house in under 15 minutes from another boiler installation job and sorted the problem out.We cannot thank Dan enough. What a great and friendly service.

Recommended by a neighbour and I called them out to fix a boiler issue. Prompt response and came out for an initial look, then managed to fix it by doing a decent (and long overdue!) service for a very reasonable price. So impressed that I booked Dan to fit a new smart thermostat the following week... again impressive service and reasonable price. 100% recommended!
