Halfords - New Malden

I have just had an excellent experience at Halfords. I had two issues with my car, one was underneath and the other was a cracked wing mirror. Mark kindly looked at both of these issues and was able to fix both of these for me. He was so lovely and really went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Mark.

This is the reality: they don't want to repair my bike. They've solved it by sending it to another location, supposedly because there's only one mechanic who's on serious problem leave. I understand this, but why isn't there at least one more employee? So I don't have to pay, but it's a wonderful solution. This way, my brakes won't work properly, and if an accident happens, I'll have to say sorry, but there's no bike mechanic in New Malden. They need to understand that.The person who's supposed to be the manager can't handle this situation. In simple terms, he can't figure out what his role is. Repairs are not happening, but I still have to make installment payments. So, a manager at New Malden Halfords isn't much help.

Rhys was my hero! Came in having broken down and jump started by someone. I was advised by two garages to go to Halfords and they were amazing. Fit me a new battery and checked my fluid levels and I was in and out in a half hour. Brilliant service!

I went to buy a bike for my daughter and was served by Oliver who was absolutely fantastic. So helpful, professional, kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend. He was amazing. Very happy with her new bike.

The staff at this branch of Halfords are so helpful, nothing is too much and they even offer to look at things on the car I haven't asked for. It's like going back in time to when service meant something and people took pride in their profession. Chris who helped me on this visit was no exception. He went above and beyond and was so kind. I feel very reassured that there is somewhere I can go when I need help that is always dependable. So grateful.

I buy carrera bicycle online . Get built in at New malden halford and pick up. Before i take the bike from store i ask to the staff if you can re check everything is ok so i will not have problems but he replied our technician check everything. Today i take the bike to work, on the way back home the peddle fell off and nearly cause accident on the road. So i have to walk 2 hours to get to halford new malden. I went and the guy said it wasn’t tight the screw properly . He ask me if you want to talk to the manager come back on Wednesday.Very very disappointed with the service.

Massive thank you for great service by Leah at Halfords New Malden this Sunday 3rd December. I had two children under age of 3, and needed a car seat. Despite busy shop Leah came out in the rain fitted the seat and gave me instructions going forward and meant whole process done in minutes.

I will never attend this store again due too really poor customer service. I purchased a dash cam a next base product and in order to install the camera you need too insert the SD Card for the next step. Little do people know that the dash cam does not stick too the windscreen of your vehicle so basically it is not a good product. So I tried to return it with the receipt but was refused a refund due to the SD card being inserted. I was served by this so called manager called Adam who was rude, impolite and abrupt. Because I was asking questions about why I am refused a refund and asking that the product itself is rubbish due to sticking problems he contacted the police to escort me off the premises. Please please do not pay your good money for them to install the camera into your vehicle as it’s been confirmed by Adam that they do not stick. I shall never attend this store again due to this poor customer service and management
