Booked in for replacement speakers to be fitted. The guy took my number when I dropped the car off. Waited around but received no call to say they were done so I went back 3 hours later in the hope it was ready, only to be told the adaptors sent wouldn’t actually fit my car. No one bothered to call and let me know this, and no alternatives were offered. Complete waste of an afternoon.

I was on holiday near cromer when a headlight bulb went so I popped into halfords cromer to get it fixed. They were really helpful and the young man who sorted was brilliant. He did it in no time unlike Boston

Bought a battery for my Range Rover, paid to get it fitted. The person fitting it had no intention of fitting it. He had no idea where the battery was in the first place or how to get to it. He made it look like he was trying for 10mins and just said he couldn’t fit as didn’t have the right tools.If this is the case Halfords need to list h the cars they can fit.Bought it home 20mins later my dad had it fitted.

Went in store to investigate an item that I had a query about if it fitted my bike.The online virtual assistant couldn't answer the question, but the nice chap in the store could & did.He even offered said item at Internet pricing, so good service all round.

Really appalling customers service! Visited Cromer branch to have my front & rear dashcam removed, as changing my car. Was quoted a price for removal of £20 and re-fitting if £70. When I came to collect the car the removal price I was told was £50!! Challenged this and was told the £20 figure was ‘about’ £20. How absurd and pathetic! Manager intervened and again after much arguing I paid £20. Just how lousy customer service?? I won’t be going there again! Well done!
